Zagan had been the lab for a while now and decided to go out and get some air, he'd put his pokemon away during his work time and as such they needed the air as well. The well dressed boy entered the park, and walked along til he found a nice place to let his pokemon out. First was his Porygon-Z, as the derpy pokemon came out it twitched oddly like it usually did. Looking at Zagan with what seemed like a blank expression but tilted its head as if asking what was happening "We're just getting some air and playing around" he replied to the digital glitch of a pokemon, next he let out his Mimikyu.

The tiny little ghost fairy popped out and looked around as well, it had been in parks before but Zagan knew he had to say something before she decided to go cause trouble. "No scaring people or pokemon, okay girl" expressed Zagan and Mimkyu made a kind of retort back that sounded like it enjoyed scaring people, it was half ghost type after all and that was kind of their way. "I know you like scaring folks but I don't want to get in trouble, we're just here to get some air and play around.

Not scare" added Zagan and the Mimikyu simply nodded. Both Porygon-Z and Mimikyu started wondering off to see what fun they could have, neither of them were worried about trouble as most pokemon were scared of Mimikyu's and Porygon-Z was strong enough to protect itself. Last was his Blipbug, a new addition and as soon as he came out. The little bug pokemon stood right next to the little boy's leg, afraid it'd be eaten by some big pokemon. Zagan leaned down and patted the little Blipbug "It's okay, you can stay with me" he said and the bug nodded in appreciation, not wanting to risk playing with a canine type pokemon.

Zagan was to everyone around him, just another small boy that needed to be pampered or taken care of. But even his parents rarely babied him though that might be because they knew of his intelligence, sadly though he'd have to prove to others this same fact. He'd heard about this barrier and other problems out here in the waters of Hoenn but he didn't have a water pokemon, and no one was about to give him any kind of water vehicle to use in order to get here. Which was annoying but Zagan was nothing if not adaptable, as such he brought out his Porygon-Z and his Mimikyu.

Both pokemon were quite loyal to their young trainer and rubbed up against him as soon as they came out, though only because they didn't see an opponent otherwise they'd be serious. "Yes, yes. I love you guys to, but I need your help. I have to go out on the water, wondering if you two can help me" explains Zagan as he starts to give direction for them to get closer to the ground. Once there, the young boy stands on the back of Porygon-Z and then the head of Mimikyu.

Though the tiny Ghost Fairy is much harder put a foot on, Zagan does manage to do so with the help of Mimikyu's dark tendril like appendages which help keep the boy in place. "Okay, start hovering. Make sure you get a good feel for it before we go out on the water" expresses Zagan as the pair of pokemon take off from the ground, Mimikyu using its ghostly powers while Porygon-Z uses whatever it is that keeps said pokemon aloft. Zagan had theorized that it was related to its digital existence but that didn't matter right now.

Once they had gotten the hang of having the boy on them, the pair of pokemon started moving out across there water to the location they wanted to head to. Zagan had with him some scientific equipment to check over this barrier and any other problems that might be out there. As they got closer to their destination, Zagan spotted a lady on a Lapras and if she looked in his direction. She'd see a five year old boy in fancy school like attire stand on a Porygon-Z and a Mimikyu as they floated above the water, heading towards the barrier.

The boy gave a bit of a wave before stopping near the barrier and pulling out some scientific equipment, to look over the barrier as well as some of the other nearby location "Interesting" he'd muse to himself as he scan and prodded the barrier.

Zagan was born to a scientist couple that lived and worked in Area 28 of Unova, a secret research facility that looked into all kinds of things that the wider world knew little to nothing about. Even early on, he showed signs of being highly intelligent and was taking things apart and doing experiments as soon as he could walk.

It was surmised that Zagan was a born genius and had this verified by several experts in the field, it wasn't long till the boy had his own lab and doing his own work. After some sort of attack that he nor the higher ups knew the cause of, Zagan was separated from his parents and the rest of the folks he'd grown up with.

Despite his age, Zagan did just fine out in the world. Using his smarts, wit and skills to get along. Finding his way towards Hoenn after he heard the big news about Rocket taking the place over, grabbing what little inventions that he could as well as his pokemon. The young boy made his way over to the temperate region known as Hoenn, hoping to ply his trade with Team Rocket.

He had made sure to bring gifts and things that would prove the worth of employing him, knowing they might find it hard to believe a 5 year old could be gifted enough to work in their organization. He knew that even if he got into Rocket, Zagan would have to work his way up to getting a lab and trust within the Team. That wasn't an issue for him and he was more then happy to prove himself like he'd done back home, making sure to do what he could to make things go along smoothly.
