The lady he'd be working with was snacking on an apple as he arrived, he had already eaten before coming so he was fine in that regard. Thankfully she didn't become rude upon seeing the young man, he'd gotten all kinds of reactions from people across Rocket. From disgust, offense or just plain angry while at least one time, he's pretty sure he set some girl's maternal instincts off and she tried to act all stupid and childish at him. But none of that mattered right now as they had a job to do "Salutations Dione, I'm Zagan. And I'm ready to find out what's been going on" replied Zagan as he pondered where they should start.

One of the locations for the disruption was here in the mess hall, it was a decent meet up spot for them to start things off. Though whether the trouble will start here was something that was uncertain, he looked around for a moment and then back to Dione. "The brief did mention this as one of the disruptive spots, should we start here then" posed Zagan as he wondered why a ghost or whatever it was happened to pick those locations mentioned. He didn't know if Ghost pokemon even ate food, his Mimikyu did but she was also half Fairy so that made things harder to connect to other Ghosts.

Zagan grabbed one of the poke balls from his belt, the one that contained his Mimikyu. "I have a Mimikyu, if we need something to keep an eye out for potential other Ghosts. If need be" added Zagan unsure about whether to bring her out because she can be a little protective and they were meant to get rid of the trouble but at the same time she could be pretty scary given half a reason as well.

Dione Sutoringu

It was an easy enough mission to complete, he'd been asked along with another to take a night patrol on one of the Team Rocket submarines. Something had been going on during that time, with strange noises and problem within the underwater vehicle. Zagan had never been on a submarine before and it was all quite interesting though sub's were rarely the height of technology, so it was more just an appreciation of the old, yet still working machine then anything highly technical.

Zagan was supposed to meet the person he was expected to work with, in what he was told was the mess hall. He already had some theories as to what might be causing the issues they might be facing but nothing concrete, he would let time tell him what was really going on. Given at least one pokemon typing and some research he remembered from back at Area 28, he could honestly see any number of outcomes here. But he would look into finding his partner first, it shouldn't be hard as they were some of the only people still on board or at least awake at this hour.

He walked in from one of the two entrances to the mess hall, still in his formal looking attire that resembled a private school uniform. He wore it mostly due to the fact he only had the clothes on his back when he left home but also because he was used to wearing it, there was no R on his outfit as that would signify to the world whom he was or that his name started with that. Either way it wasn't really his style, least they try and make him wear such a thing but he doubt they had it in his size. "Hello, I'm here to help deal with this underwater issue" exclaimed Zagan as he entered the mess hall.

Ghost in the machine, mission

Mimikyu had popped out of her poke ball as Zagan was walking, it wasn't like the boy couldn't control his pokemon as they did his bidding without issue. But he also knew that Mimikyu rarely came out without a reason, and female Ghost/Fairy was looking awfully serious and attentive to the surroundings. It wasn't that Mimikyu thought the Skitty was problem, that wasn't the reason it had popped out.

Instead, there was a Morgrem also stalking Zagan. It wasn't looking to kill or attack the boy exactly, it was a prankster and wanted to play tricks on the boy. However, it hadn't quite chosen its timing just yet. But as Mimikyu moved around, the black tendril that came from under the mysterious disguise pokemon wrapped around the Morgrem's leg and yanked on the thing.

It came out of the bushes wailing before Mimikyu dropped it on the ground, now that Zagan knew where the thing was. He was interested and decided he was going to try and catch it "Use Play Rough" ordered Zagan and Mimikyu complied, dashing forward at the Morgrem. Who tried to dodge but was once again aught by Mimikyu's tendril, then dragged into an almost cartoon like loud of fight smoke. Before being sent to the ground, the pokemon wasn't quite out and tried to get up in order to run thankfully Zagan threw his poke ball just in time and waited for the result.

As he was riding along the waves off the floating tourist hub of Hoenn, Zagan noticed something moving into his path through the water. It was small and above the water slightly, he swerved to the side to avoid hitting what ever it was. Once he stopped and spun around, he noticed a Sobble in the water that looked very scared and confused. He stopped his water bike and jumped into the water and swum over towards the pokemon, he made sure to wrap the ignition code around his wrist so no one could steal the thing.

Zagan cleared his throat as he got closer to the Sobble, it seemed scared at first that there was a trainer near him. The Sobble looked as if it was going to cry but he'd heard these pokemon often seem like that regularly, the young Sobble kept look around. "Do you need help" asked Zagan to the Sobble and the Sobble just started crying and saying some thing in his own pokemon language, Zagan came closer and patted the pokemon on the head.

"Did you loose your family" questioned Zagan and the Sobble nodded "I lost mine too" adds Zagan who hadn't really thought about it much since arriving, he wasn't prone to crying like the Sobble was but it wasn't like it didn't sting him. He was always a lot more mature then most but even he still had feelings and his parents were good to him regardless of their work. So he did indeed miss them but kept up a brave front, despite all that.

"Want to become a part of my family" expressed Zagan and like some kind of strange coincidence, one of Zagan's empty poke balls rose up from under the water after getting loose from his belt. The Sobble had heard about trainers from some of the older sea pokemon, he knew that they could be lots of fun adventures ahead of him should he join the boy. So the Sobble tapped the poke ball, partially out of curiosity but also as a declaration of acceptance.

Zagan had come from Mount Prye after paying his respects to those people and pokemon that were lost in all the chaos that befell Hoenn before his arrival, while he maybe a member of Team Rocket. The boy wasn't above respecting those that had lost their lives, both people and pokemon had been lost and would never return. It was also a way for him to bid fair well to those he knew died during the attack on Area 28, though he verified that his parents escaped unharmed.

Zagan has yet to be able to meet up with them, he was unsure why but it might have something to do with him making his way to Hoenn and becoming stuck in the region due to the strange dome. He had yet to get a good read on it but Zagan hoped it'd be lowered eventually, without any unwanted consequences. The boy was now walking down the road wearing his private school looking attire, though it was of no known school, just being his decent clothes and atop his head was Zagan's Barret.

He was just about to pace the Berry orchids, almost wanting to take a turn towards them. Mostly for his pokemon, he could feel Mimikyu and Blipbug move a little in their poke balls. As if they could smell the berries, Porygon-Z was a little better behaved and it was hard to tell if it liked berries or not. Regardless, the boy continued his journey down the path on this early fog filled morning.

Chu-e Choi!

Zagan had made his way out to Pacifidlog Town, a place that floated on the water and moved with the tides. He'd heard about this place from his parents, who said it was a nice little get away from work for them. It was likely where he was conceived though he wasn't postulating that, instead he was finally convincing someone to lend him a Water Bike. He wasn't sure a Jet Ski would be right for him given his size but the sit down nature of a Water bike would be better, and he found someone having trouble with their vehicle.

So Zagan offered to fix the ride if he was able to take it out for a spin, the young lady wasn't sure but said she was mostly finished for the day. But didn't want to bring it back not working, as she'd loose her deposit on the rental craft. The tossed his Barret to the side along with his towel, the only thing he had on him at the moment was his swimmers and his belt to hold his pokemon. Jumping on the craft and grabbing some smaller tools, Zagan lifted the inside of the craft and tinkered with it somewhat.

Pulling out a Shellder that had somehow been sucked into the craft, the pokemon poked its tongue out as Zagan threw it back into the water. "Pretty sure the Shellder was the main issue, lucky it wasn't something bigger" informed Zagan as he hitched the cord to his wrist and then to ignition, starting it up without any trouble once the pokemon had been removed. The girl wasn't sure about letting a kid so young use her craft but she had promised him and the boy seemed reliable, so she nodded her head and just told him not to crash the thing.

Zagan revved the engine a little before taking off across the water, while it had been some months since he was last on the water. The young fellow was surprisingly decent with the craft as he flew over the water, the wind in his hair and the water splashing him every so often as he slid over the waves looking to have some fun on the open ocean.

As Zagan and Mimikyu kept on down what was the only path like area in the place, a strange noise started approaching them that almost sounded like a tire of some kind rolling along the ground. Not quite as smooth as a real vehicle but moving in a similar fashion, as his flashlight turned towards the direction the sound was coming from. A rocky wheel came spinning towards them but was intercepted by Mimikyu with an attempted Shadow Claw, the move missed but the pokemon stopped and appeared in its normal appearance.

It was a Donphan, and Zagan thought that it might be a good addition to his team. As it needed something akin to a tank or bruiser, having only small and lightweight pokemon mostly focused on special attack and or special defense. Just as the Donphan was raising its trunk to attempt to Slam it down onto Mimikyu, the pokemon not being affected because of its Ghost typing, the little Fairy/Ghost almost made a noise similar to a giggle. "Us Wood Hammer" called Zagan and Mimikyu brought down its false tale onto the Donphan, knocking it through a loop and Zagan felt it was the best time to throw his pokeball at the beast.

Zagan had come from Rustboro city after a little gaining of supplies from someone he had gotten in contact there, and as a way to not rise suspicion by any onlookers. Both parties had left in separate directions and Zagan's direction took him through Route 116, and into Rusturf Tunnel where he had to pull out a flashlight just to get a good grip on his surroundings.

It wasn't completely dark but nobody had thought about giving this shortcut to the town over a little lighting, thankfully he was often prepared for what might arise. His Mimikyu was also beside him, surveying the dark for the appearance of any surprises. Her eyes glowing from the holes in her abdomen, and the black tendril she uses to claw things floating about ready to strike any foes.

"I hope we can get through this tunnel before the sunsets, or this is going to be even harder" mused Zagan under his breath, Mimikyu made a noise in the affirmative as they continues on together through the cave.

Although Zagan was with Team Rocket, even he felt bad for the destruction that had occurred from the Necrozma attack. Much like the attack on his own home back in Unova, many people were lost and left without a place to stay. Even to this day, many people were still missing and having so much destruction around you wouldn't help one's mood when trying to continue on living. So he'd created a few items to be put on auction, his time in Area 28 didn't just consist of lab time but also talking to higher ups.

Despite his age, he'd gotten pretty good at smoozing with those types of people and some of the ones he knew were present tonight. He had one of his many well dressed outfits on, and had handed over his items for auction. Chatting with folks he knew and the ones that were introducing him to others, it took a little convincing for others to take him seriously but thankfully he had folks that knew his brilliance first hand. But he was getting hungry and decided to grab something from the snack table, passing by the selection of art that was on display, he saw some lady there looking at them.

"Are you thinking of buying or did you simply contribute, Miss" asked Zagan in a fairly well mannered tone though given his age, the voice was relatively high though the size wasn't as much. He had partially taken a bite out of one of the items he'd picked up to eat, as he wasn't one to speak while eating.
