A tinkle of keys and metal ensued. The Klefki rotated, searched, and then offered the requested object, allowing Yujin to grab it and continue working.[break][break]

The monster of this week was a light generator situated deep within Meteor Falls. The ambient backglow of water was a beautifully blue sight, but not the most efficient one for ensuring trainers kept their ankles intact. The cave system was littered with potholes, snake pits, random rivers and lakes, and death-defying stairs.[break][break]

Yujin was hanging upside-down from the ceiling, hooked into a wire system as she clanked and banged away at a metal box and tried to get it to work, dammit.[break][break]

ROUND ONE ARCADE - Neon lights threw the bystanders in relief.

Picture a large black box with a flashing screen: Dance Dance Revolution or equivalent uncopy-writed text emblazoned on the top in bubblegum broadway sans. A small crowd had formed, children crying, mothers shaking their heads, and everyone in between confusedly watching the older(?) woman go.

She was dressed darkly, smartly, and form-fittingly. Heeled boots were no detriment on the true path to enlightenment, and everyone knew that when it was still too early for the club to open, the rhythm section of the arcade would have to do.

Yujin had been at it for about thirty minutes now. She’d graciously paid for anyone who dared step up to the plate next to her. And most importantly, she wasn’t tired. Little did these teens and unemployed bums realize that the slog of having a ‘blue collar’ job made her Fittest Woman Alive.

“Oh my gosh! I love this song ♥.”

Something vaguely K-pop was about to start.

Yujin wears a mask heavily based on the maneki-neko. It is a very rounded shape, with chubby cheeks, large eye slots, a koban coin on the forehead, and a raised paw on the right side. It's designed to look cute when viewed from the front but uncanny when viewed from the sides.
