The hurricane unsettled all of her pokemon on the field and had enough force by the time it hit the ground to push Robin over. She scraped her hands and arms as she landed. "Drakloak," she cried out from the ground, "Go get 'er!" His fire resistance was key. He used dragon rush, which the Moltres dodged by coming closer to the field. It was exactly what Robin needed as it put the angry bird spirit in range of Carracosta. "Now, Carra!"

With rain dance still active, Phione prepped the bird with supersonic and Carracosta followed it with ancient power. Moltres shifted in the sky under the confusing attack, fluttering with uncertainty as it became harder to determine where it was in relation to everything else in space; ancient power landed right on its chest, forcing it to cry out as it descended closer to the field. From its back, Drakloak charged again, using bite to clamp down on a wing. The Moltres pecked at him, but Drakloak used his tail to leverage himself to dodge. His tail flicked in the bird's face, but Moltres was unable to catch it due to the ephemeral nature of its tip; it flickered too quickly for the bird to make any use of its beak.

"He's holding Moltres down for you, Carra!" She rose to her feet and gestured to the bird that struggled under Drakloak's assault and its confusion. Carracosta shot out water gun to weaken the bird further, bringing the spirit to the field with weak flutters and cries.

But Robin didn't want to knock it out; she just wanted her team to be safe. She turned to Shalin, wondering if the experienced Ranger felt they'd seen enough to leave things as they were.
