[attr="class","dilyrics4"]Glory to the night that shows me what i am as i go to the party on my knees saying take it all please. tell me no, tell me no[attr="class","dilyric4"]somebody please | [attr="class","dibody4"]A quick scan of the room they enter into offers him more input than he'd expected: its untouched state is eerie in itself, but confirms the fact that the source of the disturbance is likely accredited to something supernatural. Persephone summons her Lucario, its aura reading ability probably meant to somehow confirm a ghostly presence -- she's probably on the same page as he is. Nevertheless, she asks his opinion. A laugh escapes his lips as she closes the case. "Case closed? We can go now?" "But uh, my professional opinion? Ghosts, probably. If I were some asshole kid I'd have wrecked the place. And if I were some asshole Rocket...I'd still probably have wrecked the place." he chuckles softly and picks up a Taillow figurine from an end table. His eyes track up to the chandelier that hangs above them, specks of dust interrupting his gaze as the float through the air, their rest disturbed by Zeke and Persephone's appearance. "Think your Lucario can get us close to a source if it is ghosts?" the taller man brushes past Persephone, voice clicking into something of a commanding (but not disrespectfully so) tone as he further searches the apartment. A hallway stems from the main room and heads east, another heading west. Ahead, a balcony oversees a man-made courtyard in the middle of the complex. His feet carry him somewhat cautiously toward the hallway heading west, a hand running along the wall slowly as he goes. "I don't really know the case, but people, like, always die in bedrooms right?"This man is an officer of the law basing his professional opinions on CSI: Lumiose episodes. He stops, suddenly bringing the sound of ticking to the forefront of his consciousness. "Is that a clock ticking?" would an operational clock still have battery power after all this time? |
