[attr="class","spiral"]Okay, all packed. Phone? Check. Bag? Check. Things in bag? Water bottle check, books check, clothes check, snacks check! And finally, one angry little dumpster bird? When he screams from Birdie's shoulder and plants his beak in the soft bit of flesh right under her ear? It's hard to miss him.

"Could you fucking not, bro?" she slaps his face away before pressing her right hand where her Murkrow pecked her. When she pulls it away to check it for blood he latches onto her pinkie, "Drifter, cut it out!"

She screams and rips her hand away. The peck didn't break the skin, but this bite sure did. She glares at the fresh gash in her finger before turning her narrowed eyes on Drifter. He blinks at her before glaring back.

"We've gotta get along! So fucking stop attacking me!" the order is met with the closest thing to obedience she thinks she can expect when he turns his beak up and looks away from her. Good enough! With all things "in order" she steps into the expansive cave system of Meteor Falls.

First job of her journey? Get as far away from Fallarbor as humanly possible . . . without leaving the region at least.
