fortree is interesting: its intricate design that incorporates treetop living is a masterpiece and cannot be taken for granted. but, it can be taken advantage of, which leaves him wondering just why they decided to build a city this way. it's so weak, so vulnerable; a single person can decide its fate.

that single person will be him; but just not right now. the time is not right.

the outskirts of the town is where finds himself. wide shadows are cast over the muddy ground as he walks underneath the shade, taking in the grandeur of the city.

the temperature rises in an unnatural pace; he looks for the source and finds it in a pokemon clad in a skirt and flowers on its ears. its hips sway side to side in a rhythmic movement that's almost mesmerizing. too bad silas isn't one to appreciate art.

it sees him the same time as he sees it, which is impressive. a LEAF STORM is conjured up; he looks up at the massive trees that hang overhead and their leaves are ripped apart and swirled into a spiral that comes straight at him.

a quick push of a button saves him. the LEAF STORM is no match against delphox's MYSTICAL FLARE that's careful and targeted; precise in nature as it burns all the leaves in the storm only to end up at the source. MYSTICAL FLARE hits bellossom, burning, and silas saves it by tossing a pokeball.
