Elliott gave him a skeptical look, raising his eyebrow at him.

"I'm not sure, bro. I think that it-"

Before he could even get the sentence out of his mouth, Cian acted on his own, scooping out some honey and slathering it to the tree. And then he fucking.

"Did you just... fucking lick a tree?"

He snorted, trying to hide his laugh before speaking.

"Okay, then. Try to move."

because the moment he tries to pull away, his tongue is pulled back by the honey, now stuck to the thick of the tree.

he glances over at his bff.

Elliott waited. And then, it seemed that the realization set in for his friend, because the fucker was absolutely stuck.

"Awe. Now you want my help. That's so cute, Cian."

He took out his phone, snapping a picture and smirking at him before putting his hands on his hips.

"I told you so. So, what exactly do you want me to do to get that off? Maybe if I pull you..."

Of course he was teasing and joking, kneeling down at face level to look at the site.

cian's leg extends out in an attempt to kick his friend when he pulls his phone out. that fucker is taking PICTURES while he's over here FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE?

at the idea of pulling him, cian shakes his head only to realize there are actually very few options for him.

Cian's incoherent struggle to speak was funny, but Eli knew he couldn't just let him sit there and suffer. He looked up a remedy for getting stuck in honey before grabbing a bottle of water.

"Here. I'm gonna pour this over your tongue, and I want you to slowly pull back. Don't hurt yourself."

He tipped it over, letting water fall down.

but cian's impatient and stubborn. asking him to do anything slowly is basically like asking him to do the opposite.

so as the water trickles down onto his tongue and along the honey, he yoinks back only to bounce right back to hit his forehead into the tree.

"THUCK!"

"Yes, slowly."

But, of course Cian didn't listen to him. Instead, the moron pulled back and then hit his head straight back on the bark of the tree. He should be lucky he didn't get his hair stuck.

Eli would cut it off.

"Fucking... let me help you, since you won't listen."

Grabbing his hips from behind, Elliott began to pull back, but slower than Cian had. He was relying on the fact that Cian wouldn't tumble back and crush him if he snapped off.

cian would rather cut off his tongue before cutting off his hair. too precious. too much effort (and money!) has been spent maintaining his bright golden head of hair.

feeling elliott's hands around his hips, cian can't help but laugh at the scene.

"thith ith kinda gay."

but he complies. slowly, with eli's help, they move backwards. the sticky honey tugs at his tongue but eventually, he's ripped away, free.

"holy FUCK that was fun."

no it wasn't.

"now your turn."

Sure, it was compromising, and he wasn't wrong. But they had to get Cian off the stupid honey tree somehow. Even if it was his fault.

And FINALLY, he's off. There was a release, and Eli felt his friend move away from the tree, actually speaking coherently now. He snorted, giving him a look.

"If that's what you call fun..."

Then he gawked.

"What? Absolutely not."

slipping into a sad expression, he pouts a little as he asks:
