A MYSTICAL POKEMON APPEARS in your garden. it flies into numerous plants and trees, intangible, phasing out and in. it loops around several times, whimsically, until it finds a suitable treat. it reaches out for the berry, hands seemingly disappearing into it, causing the plant to instantly droop.

when it notices you, it flies straight into your body. just like that, you lose the will to speak about this encounter. you barely acknowledge it happened altogether. only the haunting echo of the pokemon’s hallowed giggle reminds you of what actually transpired.

it vanishes, suddenly, as if it was never there at all.

anytime you consider bringing this up, you lose your appetite, dazing off into an aimless daydream.

A day of working in the garden was all she needed, she realized. Summer was stressed as it was, so tending to the plants seemed to calm her down a little bit. Maybe she thought that she was free, free from the world around her.

However, as she was tending to her berries, she noticed one of the plants droop. A confused look crossed her face as she leaned over to observe the situation-

"What the-"

The Mesprit floated into her, a moment where she felt like something invaded her body. A small sense of panic over came her, wondering if something was going to happen to her. What was this pokemon doing?

However, it flew straight out again, and as she turned to speak about it, she felt her mouth unable to produce words. Her brain could comprehend what she wanted to say, but nothing would come out. Wait, what did she want to talk about again?

Summer blinked once, twice, before turning her head back to her berries, going to attend her garden again.
