[attr="class","post"]he doesn't know what to make of it, in all truth. there simply hasn't been time for the extensive investigation he's been itching to carry out. he has his backlog of tasks to blame for that. all he's managed to figure out — and he's known this since leaving the museum — is that this, whatever it is, has to be some kind of pokemon.

and so he does the only thing he can think of. attempt to train it. it's not disobedient by any means just...distant. quiet when he wants it to be, and any other time for that matter. marcel's stuck.

[attr="class","post"]a moment passes, and then two. marcel likes to think he is a patient man, but even he can't help but grow tired as the pokemon is blatantly uninterested in the pokemon that has appeared. he tries commanding it. "attack."

maybe they (whoever had been twisted enough to make this) had forgotten to include any sort of fighting mechanisms, if that was even possible. the pokemon hadn't done much since he'd taken it from the museum, maybe this was all there was to it. explains why it'd been sleeping in the vat all this time.
