tl;dr: brother of asahiko, started diving into the nitty gritty of the underground after what happened to their parents. he intended to take the burden of doing everything and wanted to keep asa away from the stuff (something along the lines of "it's too late for me"). initially surprised about asa finding out and wanting to join him, but he figured that it'd be better work with his brother rather than risking asa going behind his back to do things on his own.[break][break]

this is what happens when i think about revamping/updating old characters. that said, hi, si-yeon, one of my earlier characters. i love her. [break][break]
