Tempest huffed as he rummaged around in the thin grass at the edge of the Battle Resort.[break][break]

It wasn't often he actively looked for pokemon; usually he just took them as they came to him, be they gifts or prizes won or whatever silly shit would happen for him to get one.[break][break]

His list of wanted pokemon was small. So small, even, that he had decided to be a bit more proactive in trying to find them.[break][break]

There were a few dogs he was after today... but who even knew it he would find them. He'd resorted to using a Rage Candy Bar as bait, his Leafeon and Flareon giving him curious looks as he waiting to see if the sticky confection would draw anything out.

Instead of a dog he was hoping for, a Mincinno hopped from the brush. It snatched up the Rage Candy Bar and crammed it into it's mouth, making Temp sigh. That startled it, making the normal type fluff up and hot into the weeds, distressed.[break][break]

Tempest didn't go after it, instead reaching out to pat Petal on the head. The Leafeon brushes against him.[break][break]

"Well, that was a waste. I'm never taking catching advice from PokTok again."[break][break]

But, he was already out here, so no sense in wasting the chance to find something.

Tempest is about to order his Leafeon to attack it, but then he stops when he suddenly remembers...[break][break]

Temp has one.[break][break]

Yams forgot to add it to his PC, but Tempest won one during the Booty Bump Beatdown. There isn't any reason for the grass type to try and take it down. Damn. We won this one.[break][break]

Sighing, Tempest throws a rock at the raccoon pokemon to shoo it away and goes back to his search.

The final thing to find was...![break][break]

A pig. Temp deflated some when the flouncy little porcine hopped from the bushes. Sighing, he watched as it Belched; like any pig, as cute as it was, it was still rank. A choking Gastro Acid scent hitting his nose as he turned back.[break][break]

"Ugh." Wrinkling his nose and waving his hand in front of his face, Tempest clicked his tongue. Petal's ears flicked upwards, the Leafeon deciding to trail back after her Trainer.[break][break]

Oh well, they could always come back looking sometime soon.
