Maybe she should start counting how many of the blasted lizards make their way out here to harass her. This one lets loose a series of seeds in the path in front of her like bullets and Isra stops to turn to it with a blank stare. The pokemon watches her back, almost threatening to do it again before she lifts her parasol it its direction.

"Don't you dare."

A tongue flicks out.

"I will let my dragon eat you."

She threatens.

The lizard scurries away.

She doesn't even think twice, the moment she sees the little bugger bounding down the path at her Isra retrieves what is left of the treats in her bag. Without hesitation she waves it in front of the pup until she has its attentions, gets it to sit for her even and then tosses it.

Isra watches as the pokemon runs as fast as it can to find the food, a small part of her thinking that maybe she's just run out of luck. The woman takes a moment to look over her surroundings again and chooses a completely new direction to turn in.

She hears the pokemon's body connecting with the tree from afar. Th thudding comes again and again and Isra pauses to listen for curiosities sake. Once or twice she would have easily written off but this many started to seem a little odd.

And then there is a small thud against the grass, the sound of scurrying feet and Isra realizes the pokemon was after something in the tree tops. Whatever that may have been it seems it has fallen and the pokemon emerges victorious. There is a small grin to her lips and Isra resumes her walking, amused by the creature's triumph.

She's starting to wonder what the appeal of these pokemon really is. She recalls a member of the elite four having a bit of a thing for them and she thinks she will have to ask him because she doesn't get it. Another of the pokemon following her and even worse now nipping at the hem of her dress with icy fangs is simply obnoxious. She's not interested in taking another one home, the one she has already claimed will likely be more than she can bear to deal with anyway.

Her ghost who has been tailing her finally comes to the rescue, startling the pokemon into paying attention to him so that she can continue unhindered and with only the smallest of tears and a sliver of ice on her dress. It's a little disappointing, she liked this one. (But she likes most of her dresses ayway)

She sees the flash of green on the path ahead and makes the quick decision to take another one to avoid it. She must have chosen the wrong portion of the safari today. She imagines that is the only reason to be coming across so many.

The or maybe she has made the warden angry by staying late one too many times and now this is some sort of awkward revenge on her for keeping him from his dinner. She wouldn't be terribly surprised by that either if one were being honest about it.

If any pokemon could possibly get her attention on her way out of the immediate area it was quickly forgotten as the woman hurried from terrain to terrain, wishing to avoid anything she was not interested in. The woman did not stop for anything less than a pokemon she actually cared about and as such a whistling green lizard got no attention at all.

They likely had their merits and plenty of others might find them interesting, Isra simply couldn't see the appeal.
