The good thing about this was that they could run around together, and not have to worry that they were going to be snuck up on. He hoped that Leafae was fine with meeting him out at Terrera, the desert Ground-type kingdom.

Hopefully there were enough oases there to support a trip through the area.

What crazy things were they going to run into today? He didn’t know. What he was certain of was that they were here to test out the new weapons that they had acquired from the Dragonite they’d smote down back in Dragonor…

Now, where was he? Hopefully, they would be able to run into something… anything… that looked like a slime! There were so many in-game quests that he wanted to finish, and besides, there were a lot of corresponding rewards that they could trade for!

He was now pacing around the entrance to the desert. Was it going to be hot out there today in the shifting sands? Would they be able to find what they were looking for? Or just go out and keep practicing their skills?

While his Twisted Stave was, in his opinion, not as pretty as the knotted wooden staff that he'd started with, Florian decides to trade in aesthetics for power. Having access to a move-type that not a lot of things resisted was really useful![break][break]

He gets a little distracted customizing his avatar to match the new look, unfortunately, which is his reason for running late. He forgets to check the clock and so its only when he finally exits out of the shop with all his purchases made and his robes coloured in a beautiful autumn aesthetic to match the colour of the staff that he realises how long it's been.[break][break]

The healer runs across the desert sands to meet up with his boyfriend, spamming the apologetic emote.
