"Oh so you think I'm ugly? I'm wounded...." He said noting her displeasure when he gave the definition to her, and that made him smirk for a moment. Still they continued to walk through the dreamscape, and it was her theory as to what this place that caused him to pause. Amor remembered how the Tera Crystal reacted when he slotted it into his machine, and how he had summoned Regidrago, or a version of it.

"No it's not technology....It's their desire, their dreams aren't being chosen like this....The Tera Crystals are making their collective desire a reality, er well....A form of reality...." He explained to her, and he looked around at the city. "I only guess as much since I did the same with that Regidrago remnant I mentioned to you that I summoned....The Tera Shard I put into the machine summoned the object of my desire....This is that but on a much grander scale." Which made sense to him since Tera Crystals were so abundant in the waking world.

"If enough people dream of something....Well it can be made reality with the Tera Crystals is my hypothesis, but the issue is getting everyone on the same page...." A plan began to form in his mind, if all three wards collectively wished for freedom what would happen then? What would the Tera Crystals do in reaction to them? Was this perhaps the moment that he had been waiting so patiently for. If all three wards together could make the Tera Crystals breathe life into their desire as they had done with the Megalopolans....There was a chance....

However that train of thought was interrupted as he saw in one of the buildings there were six pods, and each of them contained one of his pokemon, the one in the first pod was Draco, his Dragonite....

Her question was a reasonable one.

"I train very hard everyday....You're welcome to join me to see....Though I don't think it'd be your cup of tea....Pardon the pun...." He expressed to her with a smile, though she had never seen him without his suit on, nor would she ever more than likely. He could count on one hand the number of people who had seen what was underneath. "If I choose to indulge then I work twice as hard....That is the only way...." He said to her with an easy smile, and so he took a sip of the tea when it was prepared, and the bitterness didn't bother him in the slightest. In fact he nodded in approval at it, and broke off a piece of chocolate to chase it down with.

"You know your way around a kettle...." He frowned a bit, part of him wanted to apologize for how he had snapped earlier. Part of him felt justified. "Tell me about your research....How does it work? I'm only familiar with the stuff that manifests things randomly....Is yours more targeted?" He took another sip, stubbornly refusing to apologize for the moment, and instead hiding behind wanting to know more about her line of work. He understood parts of it thanks to Lulu Flint, but it was vague, and he always got the feeling she didn't like him so he didn't press her to hard.

Ameena was different they had known each other a short time, compared to the others he knew, but they had accomplished much together in a short time. The proof was in the Poipole that he was currently raising. They had also talked at length more than a few times. It was strange that he found himself spending so much time with another person so often, but she wasn't afraid to approach him at the very least, and he respected that.

"You assume death ever had any meaning....It only means something to us that remain....Even then it fades over time....For most...." He explained to howard slayte with a wry smile. Some deaths though, some of them never faded, those memories seared into your heart, body, and soul. Kyle's death was meaningless in that regard, but his ability to cheat death was another matter.

"I don't think it makes you a traitor....It makes you human, and I don't think it's wrong to mourn for someone we respect....As long as that is all it is." He spoke simply to Howard, and as to what they should take. "We should take Dewford....With Lulu Flint the Space Center is little more than a mere decoration....It might expedite extraplanar explorations, but it's not needed....Dewford is our best bet, we will have a shot at taking it....If we raze Pacifilog to the ground to force the League to divert resources to aide it which will by us more time to take Dewford...." Though putting that plan into action was another matter, and only if the upper brass agreed upon it.

"Once we control Dewford.....Slateport is sandwiched, and would let us break into the mainland...." That is how he saw it, but again he wasn't a proper strategist he was sure there were many holes in his plan. "Without the threat of Kyogre....The seas are less protected, and we could leverage that...." The avatar of Kyogre had been the biggest thorn in their side, but that was no longer an issue.

There would be no better chance for them, all of the stars had somehow aligned for this strike, but whether they could do pull it off was another matter. His gaze turned to his companion when he asked for the truth.

"The region is sick....And that sickness starts at the top....With the League....Crime only happens due a failure of government, someone as well versed in history as you should know that. It's a symptom of a bigger problem....If the League accepted their failure in that regard, then I wouldn't be here today....Do you know why I came to Rocket? Why I'm the only person who has ever defected the opposite way?" He stared at the man with one eye.

"Because with Rocket....You know what you're getting....You can always trust a liar to lie Howard....But the 'honest' ones....How many innocent people have they killed? How many lives have been lost due to their negligence? We barely have to lift a finger, and MATIAS SILPH will wipe out cities for us at the slightest provocation....The Truth is that the League is full of nothing but people who want to feel like they're doing good....But not put in the work....They're no better than us, and you're so called martyr kyle lopez enabled it...." He let his words sink in for a bit.

"The truth is they should be eradicated from top to bottom....Like a cancer....You cut it out...."

Even if there was nothing left in the end.

howard slayte

He looked her over as she picked from the wide assortment of teas, and when she picked a simple black tea it only caused his curiosity to grow.

"Perhaps....Or maybe I'm waiting for you to prove that you're not a caricature...." He said back to her amused. "So far....I remain unconvinced Ameena...." His amusement growing a bit more before he took a leaned against the countertop to watch her brew the tea, and give her lecture on why bitter was often better. Speaking that dark chocolate is superior. What an appropriate statement for the setting they were in.

"You'll find that I have quite the sweet tooth Ameena....So I appreciate dark chocolate as well...." Though despite having such sweets nearby, his eyes weren't on them instead his gaze lingered on her for a split second longer than necessary before he moved to open the cupboard, and she would find it stocked with chocolates, and lemon flavored delicacies. It was just as he stated, he did have a sweet tooth, and he pulled down two bars, one for each of them, and set them down on the nearby table.

"I won't require cream or sugar....If I'm having a galarian prepare it for me, it'd be a waste to not drink it how it's suppose to be drank....I'd be a poor man to turn down such wonderful hospitality...." He spoke leaning back against the countertop watching how she prepared the tea with genuine interest.

"If I told you about my upbringing...." He let the words hang in the air for a bit. "You'd perhaps question my sanity more than you already do, Ameena...." He said her name with an easy smile noting how amused she was at the thought of him as a baby. "Perhaps....If we make it out of this alive....I might let you have a peek into my mind...." Because if she survived this, there would be no further need to question her worthiness. Would it always take an extreme trial like this to prove to him that someone was worth his time? Maybe? But if she died so readily then it was useless to get attached on any level.

At her confession his eyes bore straight into hers.

"Condemn. Verb. Second definition, to sentence someone to a particular punishment, especially death." He used that almost perfect memory of his to correct her. "It is the most appropriate word...." Whether she voted for him or not, there was a seething anger bubbling underneath him, but she was an ally, and it was the last part of her statement that brought some hesitance into his feelings.

Did she want to be locked up in the same cell with him? He quirked a brow.

"You make it sound like you wanted to be stuck with me...." Whether that was true or not he didn't know, but his feet started to move, and he assumed she would keep pace with him. "Next time....I'll try to make sure I'm kidnapped a little closer to you then, improve our odds...." His voice held no emotion at the moment, and he didn't mind leaving her guessing on if he was just kidding or not.

The real question remained on what it was they would find here exactly.

He would take note of that name, and perhaps seek them out for some ventures in the future then. If Makoto was introducing him to someone then he was sure that they would be worth his time. Filing that away he got back to the heart of the matter, and smiled at them. It was fair if they hadn't heard of them, they were a recent transfer in from another region. However that didn't matter since they had piqued his interest.

"I see....I'm sure you're well aware that yourself, and I are outliers within Rocket....In regards to killing that is, it's why I prefer to use Beeheeyem, and it was why I told you about how I do things....Killing is a messy affair....However I have no doubt that I could do it, and of course if you were left with no choice I know you could do it as well." Amor had absolute faith in them, because he had chosen them. "But remember that we are the exception not the rule....So when I come across files of another who vehemently refuses to kill....It makes me raise my brow...." There was plenty to be suspicious of, and if anything Amor was a borderline paranoid person. He would take extreme measures if needed.

"So....I want you to spy on them, gather intel....I've picked out a few missions I want you to undertake with them....All of these missions require the target to be 'dealt' with....At least on paper....Feel free to take my Beeheeyem, and erase their memories, leave them a vegetable whatever is required....However Taika Cadell is not to know that. He is to think you are there to kill these people....I want to know how he reacts, what he says....Everything." His eyes narrowed at Makoto deadly serious. "Do you understand? This mission is of the upmost importance, and the less people who know about it the better....I don't want him to get put on guard."

He felt that they would understand, but he wanted to drive it home regardless.

Makoto Kurumi

Amor arrived having recently just got back from his vacation in Kalos where he spent time at a resort with Himari Kaneshiro....That was a story for another day though. His hair was still dyed red, and he was dressed mostly casual, though he had a suit jacket on to cover his arms. Sunshades on his face, and he found the table there. This had been ameena abadi's idea, and so he had directed them to his favorite cafe. The same cafe that howard slayte had ruined earlier with two others, and gotten it shut down for a brief period of time which had earned his ire. Sitting down he quirked a brow at Cillian Quinn's question, and seemed genuinely confused. When the the well endowed waitress dressed like a maid showed up, he lowered his shades a bit so she could see his eyes.

"Strawberry Lemonade please....Tell the owner she has my thanks...." A smile on his lips before turning back to the other two. "I don't think this has a particularly good view....The owner doesn't really stroke my ego either....She did start making strawberry lemonade for me...." He tapped his cheek confused on why Cillian would think that. "But I've been a patron here for the past few years....And helped her out of a few tight spots...." He shrugged a bit seeing absolutely nothing wrong with the fact that he was in a maid cafe.

The truth was....Amor had grown up around maids, and butlers his entire life. For him this was normal, this felt like home, and it was that comfortableness that caused him to come here over, and over again.

"Oh they should have sweet biscuits today as well...." He said with a bright smile, and already his sweet tooth was starting to show. It wasn't often he got to cheat on his diet....Walter would run him ragged otherwise.

A barrage of questions were thrown at him, but he didn't mind, she seemed nervous which was understandable being paired with a stranger in a strange place. Rather than annoyance, a charming smile graced his lips as he regarded her with his eyes from above the rims of his shades.

"Coumarine is a lovely city....It's run by a prestigious family that do their best to make their people happy....Or so I hear....I've never met any of them before...." He spoke with an easy smile. That was a lie, the biggest lie that he could tell, but she didn't need to know. "Well I hope you're able to make plenty of money to travel across the regions....Unova is lovely as well, but I will always think Kalos is the best since I'm a native...." An easy measured tone was given back to her, to hopefully ease her stress at the situation.

"I do travel quiet often....I'm often on business in various places, and I've not been back here in some while...." Because it was a place filled with sorrow for him, but the smile on his lips betrayed none of that. "Regardless are you going to go to the swimming pool later? I'm told we have full access to it, and I could use with a tan...." He motioned to his complexion, and it's paleness. Though that was just what being half kalosian, and half sinnohian granted you.

"I'll be there, and it would be nice to have a friend along...." It was at that moment their food would arrive. It was the first course, so it was just a simple soup to whet their appetite. A local delicacy made with the bounty of the sea. "If it's your first time here, then I take it you've not eaten any Kalosian food before have you?"

Himari Kaneshiro

There was only silence between him, and his roommate as they were lead back to their cell block, and he tried to piece together everything that had happened. The creature that beat those within his ward vaguely resembled the little creature that he, and ameena abadi had stumbled upon during their RKS simulation. Though it was far less amicable in this place, though he suspected that had something to do with the chains around it. If they freed it somehow could it get them home? would they be able to survive a little longer. It didn't matter, his thoughts cut short before being thrust back into his cell with Melody Miro.

There was only bed, and he wasn't keen on snuggling, so he walked over to it, and sat down on one side of it. There was enough room for her to sit down on the other side.

"Sleeping on the floor is a no go....Stone will absorb your body heat, and you'll die....I've no interest in cleaning up your corpse...." So he leaned against the wall, and tried to force his eyes to close. Whether she took the spot or not was of no interest to him. All that mattered was that they needed to rest, and conserve their strength for tomorrow. "We learned a lot today....We'll be more equipped to deal with their stupid game tomorrow....And eventually...." His voice dropped an octave. "Escape...." They had to be patient at the very least.

An opportunity would present itself, and then they would seize it. So hoping that she wouldn't try to kill him in his sleep he forced his eyes to close, and his mind to stop wandering. It was then that his dreams shifted, and shuffled until he was in a new dreamscape. Looking around he saw a familiar shock of pink hair, and dark skin.

"ameena abadi....?" He muttered to himself before approaching.

As they were leaving he pondered her question.

"Oh don't mistake me....I fully intend to still go, but would it really be fulfilling to you to have me do all the work, and then you come in to just throw a ball?" He asked her seriously stopping before they got to the door. "I don't think you would be standing idly by mind you....Maybe I'm weird....But wouldn't you rather grasp it with your own hands?" Perhaps he was thinking to hard about this, Amor was perhaps a little clueless.

"Just like in science it's always more invigorating when you make a breakthrough on your own, and while my lending you Erebus wouldn't necessarily be entirely on your own....At least you'd be in the pilot seat....You would be the driving force towards your victory...." Or maybe he was too prideful for his own good, and that is what caused him to think like this. "But if I am wrong in that regard then I apologize...." He smiled a bit pondering if he had gone to far? Oh to know a maiden's heart....

"It was why I suggested you spend a bit more time with us....So you could learn to use him properly, for the one who use to wield Darkrai I'm sure you're more than up to the task."

Lulu Flint

The Blast Burn came, and there was little chance for them to survive, but in that moment the Delphox had left itself open the moment it let out the roaring fire attack. What followed before the attack hit was a Soul Heart empowered Zap Cannon aimed at the fox in an attempt to finish it off as the inferno raged around the pair of them. However that would be the last move that Princess would get off before she succumbed to the flames, and Amor was forced to call her back, his Zeraora was still standing albeit only barely, but he wasn't in the mood to risk it.

Whether his enemy could still fight was irrelevant as he had decimated the boys team with just those two which meant he had plenty of power in reserve to finish dealing with any further stragglers. In fact Amor thought this would be the perfect way to test out some of his new dragons. Recalling his Zeraora, he would release a blue pokemon that stood on it's hind legs. A Walking Wake if the boy had seen one of them.

"You managed to knock out one of my Pokemon....For that you've earned this...." With no further ceremony a powerful Hydro Pump would release from the maw of his water dragon aimed at either the Delphox should it still be standing or whatever next pokemon that he brought out in an attempt to continue this fight. Though the fact that after all of that he still had four more pokemon of Amor's team to go through should instill some small amount of despair into the child. If it didn't then he would properly drive home just how outmatched he was if he didn't get it still.

There was no going easy on a battlefield like this after all.

"Strength is something that you have to obtain for yourself....If it's given to you, without you having earned it then it's worthless....Strength requires conviction to use for whatever purpose you wish to see come true....Because strength without ideals is no better than a tauros in a china shop....And ideals without strength will never come true...." He expressed to them when asked for elaboration. "At the end of the day....Whether you are Rocket, or League....You are alone, and can not blame others for failures....Because when you fail the first thought that will always come to bare is 'if only I was stronger'...." He looked at them as his own dragon went to battle the Flapple that appeared. With a few well placed Flamethrowers he threw out a pokeball to capture it.

"You will need it all....Strength of will, strength of body, and strength of spirit....Because when you are broken, and left bleeding with all of your loved ones around....All you can count on is yourself to struggle to the end....Do you understand?" Whether that answered their question or not he didn't know, but it was the best way he could think of to describe what strength meant to him.

Because he believed that what he said was the truth. You were always alone in the end, and if you weren't strong enough in those three things to stand up then you would die, or be forced to watch those you love die.

"Though if it wasn't helpful in the slightest....I apologize...." He expressed to them with an easy smile. To explain something as nebulous as strength was hard for him, but maybe that would help them out just a little bit. If it meant changing the face of a single grunt, then it was worth it.
