This little lizard loves three things: Sleeping, Snacking, and Shocking, in that order. So when he isn't lounging around on a hot rock or scrabbling around looking for snacks, Zappa is a ferocious fighter.
His signature move is THUNDER, which he fires off using collected light and charge from the air around him.
Zac and Zappa grew up together, and Zappa's voracious appetite would have been a constant source of annoyance for Zac's mum, where it not for the fact that this little lizard completely offset the family electricity bill.
Now, he travels with Zac as the Head of Stage Lightning for Ramsay Productions.
With his wonderful LIGHT SCREEN, this lizard is an indispensable member of the team, and the 'genius' behind the world-class lighting on all of Zac's videos.
In the Winter months, this cold-blooded little scamp loves to curl up beside the fire or, when out on adventure, on top of Boshi the Turtonator!

After a near-fatal run in with a runaway Marill, Zac caught the wounded creature and rushed the then Onix to the Rustboro Pokemon Centre. He made a full recovery, but has always been a bit crotchety. Maybe it was the accident, or maybe Kev has always been like that. Either way, he begrudgingly follows Zac's orders, clearing the way, digging holes, and even carrying Zac and some of the lighter Pokemon on his back!
He evolved into Steelix after taking down a ferocious M!Aerodactyl, and since then has mellowed a little.
During the Adventours, Kev reacted to the shards of Mega Stone and Mega Evolved to protect the group from the attacking Heatran.
In the Vital Spirit festival, he again Mega Evolved and used his steel body to conduct the electricity from Selena's Electric Terrain and contain Tapu Bulu in a makeshift electric fence.
If you ask Zac, he'll tell you that inside this cold, steely snake beats a heart of solid gold, and that he is the backbone of the team.

levitate nature naughty obtained safari zone VC DEX ENTRY - SHIELD: It is nicknamed the Desert Spirit because the flapping of its wings sounds like a woman singing..Dragon Breath, Crunch, Sand Tomb, Lock-On, Earthquake, Boomburst PERSONALITY: Caught as Trapinch (TBD) during Zac's first Safari Zone. Later, evolved into Vibrava (VC) after defeating an attacking Noivern via belly-bite. During a midnight showing of the Arceusmas classic 'Jurassic Parkour' he evolved into Flygon (REM).
Since then, he has been present in many smaller events, such as transporting a Z-Plate to Chryssa and saving a captive in Dangerous Discoveries.
REM is always up for adventure, and is an excitable, enthusiastic member of the team. Irreplaceable in the group and in Zac's heart.

shell armor nature naive obtained wild with Michi Boshi DEX ENTRY - SUN: The shell on its back is chemically unstable and explodes violently if struck. The hole in its stomach is its weak point. . Flail, Incinerate, Body Slam, Shell Smash, Shell Trap, Overheat PERSONALITY:[attr="class","Zacpc-mini-right"] This quick tempered dragon turtle has been a staple of Zac's team since the earliest days. Caught downstream from Meteor Falls, it has been with Zac through thick and thin, and never fails. It blasted Kazimir's legendary Zeraora, sizzled its way to a Beauty Contest victory, and even fought Tapu Bulu!
However, the fight with the legendary took a toll on his psyche, and he is still recovering.

grim neigh nature calm obtained killed Zac wisteria DEX ENTRY - SHIELD: As it dashes through the night, Spectrier absorbs the life-force of sleeping creatures. It craves silence and solitude. . Haze, Double Kick, shadow ball. phantom force, will-o-wisp, agility PERSONALITY:[attr="class","Zacpc-mini-right"] Uncontrollable, immovable, and immaterial. Wisteria came from Mt. Pyre, and will one day return. For now, this wayward spirit has chosen Zac as a...friend? Certainly not a trainer, though it may come when called.
Wisteria (Burdock, Oreo) is as unknowable as what lies two steps beyond death. It's name, gender, and species are occluded by mystrery. It appears in clouds of deep purple haze, fulfils its nebulous whims, and then returns to...somewhere.
Often it wants food, sometimes it wants companionship or cleaning, but never is it held against its wishes.

flame body nature brave obtained captured in Adventours Zagrea DEX ENTRY - Y: Boiling blood, like magma, circulates through its body. It makes its dwelling place in volcanic caves. . magma storm, stone edge, eath power, iron head, fire fang, lava plume PERSONALITY:[attr="class","Zacpc-mini-right"] Zac encountered Zagrea as part of a Heatran nest that was protecting an altar in the Adventours. After the Heatran were all defeated with Explosion, Zac managed to capture one of the magnificent magma monsters and bring it to the surface.
Unable to take the creature to a Poke Center, Zac looked after her at home in a lava pit in his yeard. After weeks of rehabilitation and healing, she was tentatively tamed (she didn't try to melt him on sight).
Zagrea led the group of Heatran that built the Tower to Space, and [TBD].
During the Vital Spirit festival, she held her own against Tapu Bulu's assault, and her Lava Storm blackened the creature's wood permanently. She does not get along with Tapu Bulu.
