Lulu was originally arrested as Fiona McCoy in Galar, during the high-profile bust of an international weapons smuggling ring. During the national coverage of her arrest, she was exposed to be Soairse Quinn, who had gone missing as a teenager from her rich, royal-blooded family. Long story. Anyways, she worked primarily as a hacker, and while she didn’t serve a great deal of time in prison, she has a high level of infamy due to her skillset and knowledge/intel. Her legend still lives on in the deep online hacking community, and Galarian police and Interpol are still looking for her, and most figure she’s already been wiped out by her old gang.

She’s ofc very much alive and is now Rocket’s Head Scientist under a new name yet again. She’s in pretty generic disguise—different hair color, different eye color. She doesn’t go many public places so she’d be hard to nab, but we could tease something. I don’t know. He would likely never find out she was in Rocket, but there could be some sort of backstory there maybe, or an interaction that ends with his memory being wiped?
