A Luvdisc leaped happily, in and out, of the rushing river. Tantor cheered with a bellow of its trunk as they walked along the water's edge. When the Luvdisc crashed into a stone and went limp, however, the little elephant froze in shock.[break][break]

Remiel, on the other hand, watched nonchalantly as the Luvdisc disappeared within the rolling white waters. How unfortunate. Was it playing? He wondered. Or was it simply hoping to reach the sea once more?[break]

As the trail parted from the river briefly, and instead weaved between the gnarled trees of the forest, an Illumise swooped down from the swaying leaves above to greet the cute little elephant. The two exchanged pleasant sounds of joy, engaging in play shortly thereafter.[break][break]

It all came to an alarming halt, however, when the Illumise pranked Tantor into falling inside a pit. The elephant began to cry and, giggling like a mischievous fairy, the Illumise flew off. Remiel, on the other hand, merely sighed. He rescued Tantor using his luxury ball.[break]

In all of its excitement, Tantor eventually trampled (HIGH HORSEPOWER) over a Milcery that crossed their path. The poor pile of sentient goop was reduced to a puddle in an instant. Confused, the little elephant stomped to regard the mess it had made on its foot.[break][break]

Just before Tantor could turn to look at the slowly reforming Milcery, however, Remiel captured the pokemon in a luxury ball. It only turned in time to see its trainer bend down to pick up the now occupied ball.[break]

For some strange reason, a Volbet attempted to mount Tantor as he ran along the forest path. Witnessing what appeared to be the silliest rodeo in existence, Remiel narrowed his eyes on the bug with confusion. Before long, however, Tantor managed to seize said bug with his trunk before SLAMMING it into the ground below.[break][break]

Though bruised and broken at this point, the Volbeat managed to scramble back up and haphazardly fly off afterwards. Strangely enough, it was laughing the whole way.[break]

An aggressive female Nidoran tried her luck against Tantor with a SKULL BASH, but the little elephant's hide was far too durable for it to have any real effect. Confused and shocked, the Cufant stumbled backwards and nearly lost its footing. When it saw that the Nidoran was coming back for another strike, however, it readied an IRON DEFENSE to withstand the blow.[break][break]

Bored, the Nidoran huffed. Then, simply, it walked away into the forest to find some other opponent to bash. Preferably, a squishier one.[break]

A male Nidoran took up the challenge next, and challenged the Cufant from across the trail with a ferocious stamping of its feet. More annoyed than frightened at this point, Tantor narrowed his eyes aggressively on his competitor and blew his trunk.[break][break]

Before the Nidoran could react, Tantor charged forward with the might of a BULLDOZE. Within seconds, the Nidoran was rendered unconscious on the side of the trail. The pair moved on shortly thereafter.[break]
