With the proximity of Meteor Falls to his Fallarbor home, Gavin is the perfect candidate to orchestrate theft in Rocket's name. Though they'd done their best to bury the information within the local paper, the underboss had perused every ash-stained page.

Though bryan delarosa worked mostly under Remiel Calcifet's employ, he was the first agent to answer Gavin's call.

They meet a ways outside the cave so as not to draw suspicion; simply a pair of hikers perusing Route 114 with their Pokémon. Gavin's navy-furred Lycanroc lopes ahead of them, snuffling at the ground. Ash drifts lazily from Mt. Chimney, settling in their hair and tickling the skin as they travel toward the yawning mouth of Meteor Falls.

"Prioritize gathering up the fragments over taking down the scientists; they run, they're no longer our problem. We only need to deal with the ones that try to fight."

At the word fight, Lycanroc lets out a rippling snarl.

[attr="class","bryanbody"]Bryan would answer any call that offered money or something of value. He was a greedy person and rockets who had close bonds and relationships were the ones who thrived. He couldn't afford to be a loner anymore now that he was getting more and more involved in rocket. One person to reach out to Bryan for assistance was none other than Cillian Quinn . Well he was in luck, Bryan's specialty was to get into places he didn't belong and they most certainly didn't belong where they were about to head into. [break][break]

Bryan was dressed in his civillian clothes but had his full costume underneath much like how Remiel dressed up for work with rocket. It was a pretty smart idea, A simple black costume that just looked like underclothes and with a white mask with red markings was in his bag if he had to make a quick change. However if anyone saw his real face he'd have to end them before his cover was blown. "Very well. I will keep that in mind." he said confirming his orders He pulled a pokeball off of his belt and release a Pokémon from inside. He released his Absol and gave it orders "Stay quiet and let me know if there's any trouble coming Abby." he told her as she simply stared back at him and started to look around and sniffing the floor like a dog would.

As they draw closer to Meteor Falls proper, Gavin pulls a protective mask over the lower part of his face. They were common in Fallarbor among trainers unaccustomed to the ashfall, and wouldn't seem too out of place. Aside from looking completely different to his civilian identity, Gavin had no further disguise.

"The Disaster Pokémon," Gavin muses, as an Absol is produced by the other. "I certainly hope your friend doesn't sense any trouble."

Meteor Falls had been repaired since the damage it had suffered during the three-day war, but Gavin remained distrustful of the cave network's structural integrity. How could one be sure they'd caught every flaw? Having an Absol to sense impending cave-ins was more reassuring than he cared to admit.

A soft click of his tongue gets Lycanroc's attention, a silent hand signal conveying some kind of order to the canine. Its loud snuffling quiets, and the loping creature gets low to the ground as they stalk past the shadowy entrance to the Falls. From somewhere deeper within the cave, the sounds of mining and muffled voices can be heard. Gavin glances over his shoulder to ensure they hadn't been pursued, then begins to creep toward the source of the sound.

[attr="class","bryanbody"]As Gavin Merlino spoke of Absol's classification name Bryan looked over at the dog/wolf creature. It tilted his head at him as his eyes mirrored Bryan's. "Seems not, although he usually is a bit late with warning me." he commented as he crossed his arms. [break][break]

He followed silently behind Gavin, he excelled in this kind of stuff. It was how he earned the nickname "Litten" from zenji jabami, getting into what was not his and being mischievous. Once they moved closer into the cave Bryan had lepped up onto a ledge and managed to stay hidden from sight. He turned on his comm's device to gavin's and communicated to him "I have visual on the target. What do you want to do?" he asked.

Gavin's eyes take a moment in adjusting to the gloom, stalagmites coming into clearer focus like guards looming over the excavation site. He does not follow bryan delarosa to a vantage point, opting to remain on the ground for a different perspective.

"How many?"

It would be easy for the pair of them to overwhelm if there weren't many guards, but Gavin was unsure of how important this particular venture was to the League. They'd certainly gone through the trouble of burying it pages deep in the paper.

"We want to avoid lethal force if possible," he provides. "If we can sneak up without being caught, even better."

He moves ever closer, sticking to the shadows.

[attr="class","bryanbody"]A small grin appeared on bryan's face, the civilians had no idea they were even there. He did however let out a slight sigh of disappointment. He liked violence, but money was a joy that lasted a bit longer than violence so he decided to not fuck around or test Gavin out of fear of losing out on the money. [break][break]

Not like he was gonna kill them either way, violence just made him feel big. "Understood, I'm counting 4 up here, seems like two scientists and two guards." He said as he became to plan in his head before coming up with an idea "Do you have any Pokémon who can create a breeze?" he asked curiously as he stared at his liligant's pokeball.

Gavin chuckles softly. "I'm Lugia's chosen," he reminds Bryan, pride burning in his gaze. "We could have a fucking hurricane if we wanted one."

But it was a breeze that had been asked for, and so a breeze they would have.

A Corviknight is released, miasma swirling around Gavin before extending to encompass the dark-feathered avian. His signals instruct it to their bidding, and it beats steel wings with extreme speed to stir up the stagnant air in the cave. Wind tugs at Gavin's clothes, tosses hair into his eyes as he looks at Bryan, expectant.

[attr="class","bryanbody"] ...Oh yeah he was an avatar wasn't he? "Yeah but a hurricane would ruin this plan." he said as he let out his liligant. "Lily, sleep powder." The liligant sat there shaking off the powder from it's flower and allowing the wind to carry it deeper into the cave. The scientist at first noticed the breeze but didn't think very much of it at first until they began to drop one by one and succumb to liligant's powder. [break][break]

"Perfect. Good job." he complimented he said as he creeped out of his hiding spot to move forward, taking care to make sure no one else was around in the cave that would spot him.

"Work your magic, then."

He steps out of the way as spores are scattered in the breeze, Corviknight's powerful wingbeats easily carrying them to their destination. It starts with a yawn, a rub of tired eyes, and before long the entire camp has fallen to peaceful slumber.

He nods approval to Bryan and slinks around from a different direction, a pincer maneuver in case someone were to catch them by surprise. But guards and scientists alike had been neutralized by the hypnotic breeze, and their path is unimpeded.

In the center of their camp lies their prize: a large shard of a broken meteor, as yet untouched by the League. Gavin lifts it with the careful hands of a man who understands its worth, a slow grin creeping across his features.

Do we just leave or is there anything else you want?" he asked as he looked around, he was scanning around seeing if there was anything of interest he'd want to take for himself.

Conditioned, as a dog to serve it's master. Gavin's own satisfaction is intertwined with the knowledge of a job well done. So deep does it run that he doesn't seem to notice.

But with the objective secured...

I want it all. His gaze hungers as it sweeps over the quiet camp. There was no telling what kind of information might be contained within.

"We take whatever we can get before they wake up."

He's already started, carefully removing a thumb drive from a laptop.

Bryan gets to work, however instead of looting right away he takes calls for Abby to come over and assist him with something. The pair take the time to strip the trainers of their pokemon and tie them up in a group of four by their hands and legs. "Just in case." he comments out loud. [break][break]

He looked around to see if there's anything else of interest to him, he let's Gavin handle information since he was much smarter than Bryan when it came to this kind of stuff. So instead he looked for anything that just looked for anything that seemed important. For example he liked that very shiny gemstone which seemed pretty important. It was a shard however, it was incomplete and he wondered if it was part of something bigger. It was white pink and beige colored, Maybe his Audino would like it? [break][break]

It was colored like her so Bryan pocketed it for now and would let someone at rocket analyze it to tell him what it is. Once he was satisfied with his own reward for the mission, Bryan looked back over to Gavin wondering how much longer he had to go. "I found this thing, you know what it is?" he asked curiously. Maybe bryan would be able to figure out it's an Audinite shard.
