Finally! Another dragon!

The t-rex charged at her opponent with a ferocious roar. Despite the fact that it wanted nothing to do with her, and was little more than a peasant in the hierarchy of Mt. Meteor, the Dracozolt was still flung backwards with all the might of a DRAGON TAIL regardless. And, when it tried to put up a fight with its BOLD BEAK, its efforts were quickly squashed. Beaten, it was left behind in a heap.

It had picked the wrong day to forage for rodents.

Lev laughed, shaking his head. "Sounds like a lot of pokemon I know, that one." The colony had catered to a multitude of Meowth, Galarian or otherwise, roaming about. The Galarian variety were especially popular with the pirates that had taken over.

"Still, I suppose these types have their uses in battle, hm?" The one-eyed jack adds, sighing when he comes upon a bleeding Dracozolt hugged up against the cave wall. "To put the sort of power on a leash comes with a price." He pulls an empty ball out from his pack, then crouches down and taps it against the Dracozolt's large tail.

This trail of bodies was becoming almost like dark comedy.

“Certainly. The price is my patience.” She looked down at the bloody Dracozolt curiously, and then commented. “Your dino seems pretty formidable.

There was a bright flash next to them, and an Abra appeared. It had been watching, and decided to play with the two humans. Perhaps it sensed other psychic energy? Immediately, it secured the scientist’s attention. “Hello.”

Abra were notoriously flighty, so when this one didn’t immediately teleport away again, she jumped on the chance to take it. Her eyes began to glow, delivering HYPNOSIS and sedating the pokemon just enough. She held out a pokeball, taking it for her own.

As it rolled in her palm, she looked back to the pirate, eyes returned to normal. “Think these assholes might be my favorite.”

Somewhere deep within a very lost Exeggutor, the Tyrantrum sensed a draconic presence... some might even call it a seed.

Regardless of what it was, or in what form it came, it seemed to be enough to draw the rampaging t-rex's ire. The Exeggutor hustled to escape, but didn't know the area well enough to find anything but a dead-end. It was there that the dinosaur cornered and ravaged it with teeth, leaving behind a pile of torn palm fronds.

Alevander didn't have much in the ways of patience. In that aspect, he was quite similar with his Tyrantrum. The two preferred to act much more than wait or deliberate. It was part of the reason his dinosaur was so formidable, he thought. It was certainly the reason he handled a dagger so smoothly and, quite frankly, the reason he was even still alive.

Following a trail of torn palm fronds and wood chips, the pirate discovers a severely injured Exeggutor at the back of a short dead-end. He produces an empty moon ball from his pack before tossing it at the heap of wood and leaves, then bends down to pick it up.

As he rejoins Lulu on the main path, he notices that she's captured an Abra. "They're pretty flighty little fellows, aren't they? I've always wondered why they stick around after being caught, if they can just teleport away." He remarks, placing away his own recent capture. "Perhaps they weigh anchor for the free chow."

Constantly, she considered leaving into shadow—but she remained out of lukewarm curiosity and boredom, which she often felt at night.

Although, this dino situation was becoming sort of threatening. It was diminishing the boredom, and giving way to some adrenaline. She had cover above, but still.

“They certainly are.” She confirmed. It was a hassle, but deep down, Lulu enjoyed a good challenge. As the ball stilled in her hand, she felt a sense of satisfaction.

Lulu, having fed on the dreams of pokemon far more than people, knew well how important food was to them. She sat through frequent montages of the most basic instincts. Snorunt and Cubchoo were TV dinners, running around the house, convenient. Her only energy boost.

“Food’s a big motivator.”

The Noctowl above continued to circle, its radius budging along with her from a distance. The Swoobat flapped erratically, attempting to follow. ‘Swoobat!’
