[attr="class","matias"]it's subtle at first, drowned out by the overwhelming downpour, but he hears something flutter high above. the click of the tongue is instantaneous as is the PROTECT that follows. the magical barrier stops the AIR CUTTER, holding it in place as the air ripples, creating pockets right above them.

a strong HYDRO PUMP pummels the ground and the impact is enough to propel blastoise into the air. the wild farfetch'd dodges, naturally, but the sudden WATER PULSE as blastoise grazes past it catches it off guard. the added weight proves substantial, causing the farfetch'd to plummet.

a pokeball saves it.
