The Shiny Rotom floating beside her buzzed and crackled quietly with energy. Digit was anxious, to say the least, to get out of his pokeball and into the real world for a change. Lex had certainly been disregarding the well-being of some of her more utility pokemon lately. Unfortunately, the job had been scarce but a big one was coming up, apparently. She took the opportunity of the down time to explore Mauville Hills.

In all honesty, she was hoping to find an easy score. The hills were ripe with new money apartments and top-notch security systems. Unfortunately, the thief wasn’t the best with advanced technology – she preferred the more traditional methods. But times were changing, and that’s what Digit was for.

“Alright, get in there and open up this door,” she whisper quietly from the shadows of a building alleyway. Digit buzzed happily and flipped in the air. He crackled loudly before a zap sucked him into the security lock’s system. A moment later the red light flashed green accompanied by a beep of approval, “Good job,” she grinned, pushing the building’s door open.
