HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

loreq has assisted us with many quality of life changes on site involving coding fixes, plugins and more.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

Gavin squints, but Priam's wink sees him catch on to the jest and chuckle.

"A good luck charm?"

He sounds unimpressed by the thought, but his brow furrows.

"What do you need luck for? Planning something risky?"

He can't help his natural instinct to fret over the members of Rocket; they're family to him, however dysfunctional. That Priam might be planning to try something with a precious artifact like the Iron Plate makes him all the more nervous, but he avoids outright refusal as per their deal.

"What was the first Pokemon you caught here?"

Gavin can't even remember his.

"something personal. and yeah, since when are we not doing anything risky?" he retorts cheekily.

nothing major that affects anyone in any way though. the virtue of them being criminals always means that any action they take has some kind of risk, and priam's plans was not exempt.

on a more casual note, priam continues the topic when it pops up.

"i got a shroomish! it only eats soil so it's a good 'mon to have back when i couldn't keep any money for myself!"

he appears proud of coming up with that conclusion even though it was only two years ago and anyone with a decent mindset at that age could've thought of that.

"it's so cute when it's small so i can't bring myself to let it evolve. do you have one of those moments too?"
