Priam was somehow relieved that the place wasn't filled with people, knowing that he probably was trembling with anxiety. He followed one path to another, never actually taking the moment to note any specific landmark to find his way back, and eventually gotten himself lost. It was a common occurrence to complicated caverns, much so for Priam, who would rather go alone to acquire the bounty all for himself than with someone and inevitably share the spoils with them.
As time went by, his previous opinion of having a companion to guide him through the place was beginning to falter.
He needed the treasure, or whatever it was, deep in the caverns. He wasn't sure if it was worth getting lost and risk getting stranded inside the Shoal Cave, however. Biting his lip as he forced himself not to feel bad about his situation, he continued to trudge along. His flashlight lit the way ahead, noting nothing spectacular nor anything that told him whether he was going in the right direction or not. There was, however, a figure up ahead that brought his spirits back.
"Hey!" he called, his voice echoing through the walls.
The boy went ahead, approaching the man as he cautiously took care of his footing within the uneven cave floors. His trusted Espeon followed before him, tailing his trainer while remaining vigilant against the stranger's further actions.
