"They're about... this tall, and this smol... and THIS round." Eris has never excelled when it comes to describing things on the fly, that much is clear when she's busy flailing her arms to match the dimensions of a mystery pokemon. "Kind of like a Pichu but SUPER round. Like a big watermelon... an absolute CHONKER."

Some people may say that she's a rather bright child, able to recite a whole list of mineral, wildlife and plants from the top of her head and go into details about the properties each has. But the way that she acts on a daily basis tend to say otherwise, every little prank or antic she tries to pull earning her a sigh or a firm tug on her clothes as she's dragged away from the crime scene. Of course, Reiner is never one to let his guard down when it comes to dealing with her boundless energy, a watchful eye kept on her as she bounces along the dirt path.

[attr="class","bryanbody"]Bryan had decided to take eris out and about exploring his old stomping grounds of littleroot town. Also looking for grass types @soleil might enjoy and he could use, still wanting a gogoat that Billi Marsh told him about to carry his stuff when he would still wander about homeless. [break][break]

They walked together on the dirt road as she described the pokemon she was looking for, he thinks it was a dedenne. They would wander and follow him about sometimes as fairy types normally did in littleroot so maybe he'd have luck and attract one to them so they wouldn't have to spend a lot of time here. They were also pretty common in kalos where he'd often run into little groups of them comunicating via their whiskers and electricity. "Yeah they're smaller than morpekos and pikachus. But they can also be a nuisance if they decide to cause pranks like absorbing electricity from sockets. They're common in kalos"

With the way Bryan seems to describe the pokemon, Eris is sure that he's on the same wavelength as she is! That in turn means that she doesn't quite suck at describing things, does she?

With another new pokemon added to her list of necessary sightings, the girl is thoroughly intrigued by the possibilities that having a dedenne will present her - Absorbing electricity from sockets? Cause pranks? From the looks of things, she might just find a new partner in crime!

But you have to have some degree of luck to encounter such an elusive creature, the rustling of bushes quickly drawing her attention as Eris dives headfirst into the foliage and disappears right out of few. A few more violent shakes of the bush and desperate chirping later, she emerges in a scatter of broken branches and leaves, the widest grin on her face as she lifts the culprit up to Bryan's face.

Though the Watchog squirms and squeaks, she eventually acknowledges her fate, calming down and helplessly waiting for the child to put her back down. But you'd be wrong if you think that Eris would simply let a pokemon slip out of her grasp once caught. Instead, she reaches into her pouch, offering the Watchog a small bribery of berries as Reiner steps up to memorise the scent of the wild pokemon.

However Eris Suddenly rushed off and bryan called out to her "YO! Slow down!" he answered as he rushed after the little gremlin, but he didn't need to get very far as she came back pretty quickly. [break][break]

He watched stunned, and a Kirlia besides Bryan also looked stunned. Initially the little Pokémon was watching the situation idly, using it's telepathy to know Bryan wouldn't cause harm to it so she felt at ease with him. She tapped the pokeball on his belt as she really didn't want to let the gremlin child torture her as well and Bryan was just stunned at the series of events. "If you think mina fits than Mina it is. I think that pokemon fits you pretty well actually." [break][break]
he comments as he crosses his arm. "Now, let's go see if we can find dedenne. That little bugger is surely around here somewhere...so to help. Morpeko!" he says as he tosses out a pokeball and his morpeko let out a small little cheer roared from his mouth as he shoved oran berry seeds into it he sniffed the air as if looking around for something.

In what ways did the pokemon fit her? There are some questions that will go unanswered and this is probably one of them. Shrugging at the Watchog, Eris swears she sees her shrugging back, confusion evident in both their expressions as they watch Bryan toss out a pokeball. And oh, does she ascend to unspeakable heights of excitement as she lays eyes on the Morpeko, bouncing on her tiptoes as Reiner gently nabs Mina from her arms and spares her of her shaky fate.

Another rustle in the bushes means yet another encounter to be had, the girl almost ready to rush off once more had it not been for the Luxray's firm grasp on her clothes. He waits for her to settle, watching for when she finally admits defeat and slows down before letting go, carefully stepping into the overgrowth in her stead and disappearing out of view.

Moments later, he returns with an unexpected guest, a young Deerling who seems all too eager to investigate the strange wanderers from afar. Casting Eris a warning look, Reiner beckons her forward, remaining ever calm and poised as he allows the Deerling to poke and nudge him. And despite her rambunctious nature, Eris complies with his request, slow in her approach as she reaches out to pat the fawn.

They're pretty in spring since they turn pink like that." he tells her "Seems like reiner made a friend too." he comments as he crosses his arms and looks at it cutely. "What's the name gonna be for this one? I think your talent should be naming pokemon, I dont usually nickname them." he tells her wondering if she'd try teach him how to do it, he only ever just shortened their actual names.

He saw a random pidove flying in the sky, that little shit better not poop on him or so help him god he would shoot it and cook it.

It is as though Fate has listened to her prayers, the encounter with a harbinger of summer having heralded the arrival of the most elusive creature known to Eris.

"IT'S A DEDENNE!" She yells, excitement coursing through her veins as she dashes towards the tiny fairy and scoops it up into open arms. Having sensed its new friend's happiness, the Deerling prances over with Reiner and Mina in tow, readily nuzzling the little hamster as he squeals. Her offerings are presented almost immediately, a mix of seeds and small berries shown to the Dedenne as it eyes the treats with a hint of caution.

Much to her pleasant surprise, he digs in soon enough, stuffing his cheeks with the sweetness as Eris shows him to Bryan.

But bryan was puzzled, was it because of his affinity for them or was it because of Eris...well chaos gremlins did attract other chaotic gremlins. Morpeko dashed over with Myria and handed all of the new pokemon, including a stray comfey some seeds to celebrate all these new friendships. [break][break]

Bryan stared at all of this as a headahce slowly creeped it's way in. The comfey sensing this decided to come over and help him out with it and used sweet scent and grassy terrain to help slowly ease the pain. Bryan looked over to it as it even gave him some flowers "Thanks buddy." he said placing a hand on it's head and petting it as it seemed to want to come home with him. [break][break]

"Alright, you're gonna have a sister you can have fun with too. Eris let's go back to the sub now since you got your dedenne. We're gonna have to teach it to not suck the power out of the sub though." he told her as she surely had enough pokemon now....right?
