“Babe are you here?” Leon entered the doorway to Chu-e’s home, being forced to keep a few feline Pokemon from escaping through the front door when he opened it. “I brought the groceries to make you saltimbocca tonight.” He traveled to the kitchen with the paper bag in hand, setting it on the counter before calling out once more. “Chu-e?”

A quick check of his phone told Leon that he was here at the right time, was the underboss out on some errand. “Oh well, he’ll be back soon.” Grabbing onto a bottle from the cabinet he popped off the cork and began pouring himself a glass of the wine, wanting to at least be somewhat buzzed before he started cooking.

It seems that Fate has a tendency to force her into strange encounters when she's home alone. Hearing the door open for the first time in a few hours, Eris is ready to rush out of her room and greet Chu-e Choi with a great big hug. Only problem is, it isn't Chu-e at the door. Instead, she hears an unfamiliar voice, a foreign name ringing out like an incantation cast over this household.

Sneaking towards the kitchen with utmost caution, Eris signals for Mercury to remain silent, making a few hand signs which it would briefly understand as it waits for its opportunity.

'PA, A STRANGE MAN BROKE INTO THE HOUSE AND HE CURSED YOUR SKITTIES WITH SOME KIND OF MAGIC. AND HE'S STEALING YOUR WINE.'

Attached would be a picture of Eris as she and her Meltan points at the stranger pouring himself a glass of wine. Seconds after hitting send, she nods to Mercury, watching as the drawers in the kitchen start to rattle and cutlery begin to levitate with Magnet Pull.

'DON'T WORRY THOUGH! I'M TRAINED IN HOUSE DEFENSE!'

A pause.

An eyebrow cocked as the drawer in front of him started rattling with suspicious force, setting down the wine glass with a sigh. “Sprinkles, did you get stuck in the drawer again?” A hand wrapped around the handle and wrenched the drawer open, wondering if he would ever find a surface in this house that didn’t have some sort of feline lounging on it. “Che diavolo?” Leon reverted to his native tongue when there was no Skitty inside the drawer, instead watching as silverware slowly rose into the air.

Quick movement saved him from being stabbed by a shrimp fork as the utensils flew across the room, impaling the drywall instead. “Is this house fucking haunted now?” Grabbing onto a saucepan for self-defense, he started backing away from the other drawers. “Chu-e is the only one supposed to be moaning in this home, poltergeist!”

How did he know Sprinkles' name? He'd even tried to curse the levitating silverware and worst of all, he SWORE! Squinting even harder than ever before, Eris begins to sign at Mercury and the Meltan nods back, shaking his stubby arm as a spoon swings to hit the intruder on the head.

The additional comment of making Chu-e moan like a poltergeist... Was he CURSING him to the GRAVE? How dare this man and his drunken ass! With another signal, Mercury begins to exert Magnet Pull on the saucepan, yanking it from the stranger's grasp and swinging it wildly throughout the room. A desert fork swoops right for the fingers and between the legs, recycled metal cans rattling in the bin as they threaten to escape.

The microwave repeatedly swings open and shuts tightly, buzzing loudly as the toaster begins to tremble and shake. Nothing may make much sense individually but the message is delivered nonetheless -

Chaos erupted all around him and he didn’t know how to react other than with sheer confusion and anger. “Alright, this is fucked up.” There was an almost magnetic pull that attempted to pull the saucepan from his hand, though he would maintain a firm grip on the metal. “Oh, hell no. You’re not taking my weapon.” Even as he was dragged along, Leon didn’t release the hold he had on the cast iron, hoping this would lead him to whatever source was on the other end.

“What the…” He released the cookware with a confused look on his face, seeing the visage of a teenage girl huddled beside a Meltan. “...Who are you?”

As soon as they've got the witch's back, Eris is running right up the stairs, an empty hand diving deep into her pocket and rapidly tapping at the screen as she ducks into a room and locks the door behind her.
