I'm addicted to the panic

Amor had been bored as of late, and as he was going about his various business he wanted some new flowers for his garden. While he had set aside time each day to personally tend to his garden there were days when he was gone from sun up to sun down, and his staff had to pick up his slack. Though thankfully that didn't happen to often, and he was pleased that it was something that he himself could do without having worry to much. It was in short the one thing that he did to help himself relax when he was home, often times he would have a glass of lemonade, and just enjoy the scent, and smells of his garden. Watering them, and trimming what needed to be trimmed it was a process that he enjoyed.

But here he was in a florists shop in Oldale town, he had asked around, and so far everyone had pointed him here, they had spoken highly of this place. It seemed like an average florists shop to him, but he was always ready to be surprised, perhaps there was something he didn't know that everyone else did. Looking around at the various plants, and flowers they had for sale he hadn't seen anyone that would be considered staff at the moment. Dressed not in a suit today, he looked far more casual than he normally would. A black tank top adorned his upper body, and matching cargo shorts settled comfortably along his legs. On his shoulder was his ever present Pichu, who was very much oohing, and ahhing at all the flowers they were seeing.

His Pokemon was adorable, petting him lightly as he stopped by what looked like to be some lillies he just thought they looked nice. They were all shades of pink, and red, it would definitely make a few areas in his garden pop out more.

One of the things most telling of a florist's skill is their ability to allow off-season flowers and plants to flourish and thrive. Though the Peuras have never quite dared to launch a business venture into the city, they have most certainly provided quite a few floral pieces for both common folk and the rich alike. It is rare that their names are brought up in the upper echelons of society but those who truly have their ears to the ground would most likely have heard of their floral contributions to the decorations of many events.

Gently cradling a pot of Cyclamens, Lumia makes her way back into the shop with a rather disgruntled Dragapult in tow. Having just made sure that the Wintersweets have bloomed, she holds a tune that blinds her to the man wandering the store, carefully sweeping an empty spot upon the cooling shelves and placing the flowers down. Ren, on the other hand, is ready to answer to the man and his Pichu, silently floating by the cashier and signalling them to step closer with whatever requests they hold.

I'm addicted to the panic

Adontis being the curious Pokemon that he was immediately leapt from his trainers shoulder when he spotted the other person, and began to wander through the shop. With Amor nearby he knew that he wasn't in any real danger because after all he was the strongest Pokemon in his trainers arsenal, or at least that is what he thought. He sparred Draco, and Zahak all the time so of course he was above the rest. Proudly he wandered through the shop, Amor quirked a brow at his little partner, and then noticed the Dragapult that seemed to be motioning for him to step up to it. Assuming that it worked here he made his way to it, though he did notice the woman nearby, he figured this was the proper procedure.

"Ah hello there, hmmmm I was looking for some roses, and moon lilies for my garden. Nothing to fancy, just I am helping someone find a hobby, and they are the prettiest flowers I can think of for them to work with." He explained to the Dragon type, and he waited patiently for it to either take him to where the flowers he requested were, or to send him over to where that woman was. Either one would be fine.

Adontis however was stopped in front of some daises mainly because they were the same color he was, and he leaned forward to smell them. Placing his little paws on his cheeks, he happily let the electricity spark against his cheeks to show his affection. Though he didn't notice just how much he was giving off, the woman find the static in the air, as her hair would start to stand on end. It wouldn't last for long however as Adontis was quickly moving on the next set of yellow flowers.

Roses and moon lilies... Thankfully, their newest customer isn't looking for anything too exotic compared to the rest of the waiting list. In fact, Ren recalls tending to the rose bushes not too long ago. There would be an abundance of them in the garden. Moon lilies on the other hand... Another problem is that it'd take a while for them to be prepared and he most certainly requires Lumia's steady hands to ensure the quality of the plants.

Retrieving a tablet from underneath the counter, the Dragapult makes quick notes of the orders with the tap tapping of his claws against the screen. Then, the device is settled back under the desk as he slithers over the counter and beckons for the man to follow. For how long he's left his trainer on her own, he's rather surprised that nothing's happened as of yet. But perhaps, he's a little quick to assume the best, concern flitting through his gaze as he watches curiosity consume the Pichu.

With the sudden spike in static, he's watching the scene play out in slow motion - A sharp yelp followed by the sight of a falling ceramic pot. Before he's obliged to swoop in and save it, Ren watches as a tiny pair of claws reaches out to catch it, giving the Axew a small grunt of recognition for his quick reflexes. Then, he turns his attention back to Lumia, giving her a rather nasty glare, only to flick his tail towards their patron.

"Oh uhm! When did you get here...? I mean! Welcome! I'm uhm... oh, what do they usually say..." With the adrenaline of a near miss still rushing through her veins, formalities are easily forgotten and abandoned with haste. Sheepishly taking the pot back from Mono, Lumia's placing it back on the shelf, making use of every single excuse available to avoid meeting the eyes of someone she's embarrassed herself in front of. "Uhm... I- I'm guessing Ren noted down what you're looking for -" Sliding over to the counter, she's checking through the tablet and mentally checking off the list. "Moon lilies and roses? Are there any specific colour of roses you're looking for? And are you sure you'd like some moon lilies? They're beautiful but those of Datura genus are also known to be highly toxic, deadly even. Datura wrightii also give off unpleasant scents."

Setting the tablet down, Lumia seems to pull a book out of thin air, setting it upon the counter as she idly flips through the pages.

"If you were searching for those that bloom in the night... Ipomoea alba maybe? More commonly known as moonflowers or evening glories. Their seeds still carry hallucinogenic properties but are definitely safer compared to moon lilies. They also give off a sweet scent, if that's what you're looking for..."
