Like, seriously, ’note to self: bring some bug repellent next time.’ This was just getting ridiculous! It wasn’t that Mars particularly hated them or anything (unlike his growing hate for the hellspawn that are Dratini), but they just… weren’t very aesthetic, you know?

As it has probably been made abundantly clear by now: Mars was no fishing man.

He didn’t like to work for those catches and carry around equipment specifically designed to bring water pokémon to him. Instead, he waited for the pokémon to come to him, choosing to lounge comfortably on the back of his Milotic – enjoying both the warmth of summer sunlight and the chill of the water. It would have only been better if he had had a caipirinha in his hand…
