they got deep into the tangled woodland, past the mist floating past the barrier. jayden pushes past a branch, bending down so that he can find his way through.

[break][break] once again, they see the flicker of a dark shadow floating beneath the sea. jayden's interest is elsewhere- however. he abandons the wild wailmer and walks deeper onto the path.

[break][break] the dark shadows are enough to make anyone fearful, but not jayden. he keeps walking.

as they pass through the woodland, the mist still doesn't seem to dissipate.

his head ducks, fingers brushing against a branch. it nearly pokes him in the eye, but he's careful to lean away.

[break][break] when the fauna separates, it leads to an area who's center piece is a misty pool. long tangled wood stretch up towards the sky, and dark shadows linger towards the edge of the space. however, it is not those that jayden finds his gaze instrinsically drawn to — violet eyes fall upon a small serpent dozing at the center of the pool.

[break][break] his sneakers slosh as he walks to the center, tossing a pokeball gently towards the center.
