At least his battles were now no longer up in the sky—however this was—a strange kind of battle now.

An unusual kind of a rotation battle.

“A relay race, then? I wouldn’t mind that,” he said, wondering why the other man across him was looking at him—was he seeing things?

Looking at the three he’d chosen, he knew he was cheating a bit because Galehault was one of his fastest Pokémon however Caelia was also his most stubborn.

“Let’s get at it, then,” he added as he helped his three Pokémon to the starting line.

’Ready… Set… GO!’ It was from speakers that the announcer’s voice rang, and when the race began, music played loudly as if to encourage the pokémon… or maybe distract them?!

Out of Mars’ pokémon, the Sylveon was to go first, and while he did begin running right away, he got an idea from the sounds around them. Throwing his baton in the air for a second, he let out a loud and high-pitched cry, hoping DISARMING VOICE would distract his opponent even if only for a moment. After that, he grabbed the baton in the air, heading straight for his best friend in the whole world: Mars’ Glaceon.
