the Light Screen would be troublesome, but she could also make it annoying for the man and his fossil too. Dybbuk would glow eerily before unleashing a sleep spell on the other Pokémon. he hoped to slow them down in any way possible. an unknown foe was a threat.

another electrical attack. it was like battling Eris all over again, using the same move. Dybbuk moans eerily as he was hit, becoming paralyzed. he cast a Shadow Ball at the dinosaur in retaliation, electricity surging through his body but not just out of it yet.

Dark Pulse tried to get priority before he was hit by the Freeze Dry. whether it worked or not, the Spiritomb was indeed attacked directly again. Siobhan did not flinch at her Pokemon's eerie wail.

it was clear to her that she may not win this one. the streak had come to an end once she lost to Eris, so it was up to potential in her ghost and her own skills whether she'd get a victory. but, she doubted it.

Freeze Dry hit dead on again; the Spiritomb was almost down for the count. he shuddered on the spot, using Shadow Ball on the fossil once again. he would not waste another turn with putting the Pokemon asleep -

not when a win was at stake. he knew Siobhan had been getting a streak. he assumed she wanted to win after Eris defeated her, so he kept going, motivated as he was to help his mistress.

the final ice attack was enough.

Dybbuk gave a dramatic groan before shuddering, falling over onto his side. whirls of exhaustion shone in his eyes. he was down for the count. "..." Siobhan said nothing at first, content to pull out his Pokeball and recall him.

"thank you for the battle" she adds after a brief moment, inclining her head to boruta maher respectfully. despite losing, she gained valuable experience. she only hoped her Pokemon did as well.
