The slash didn't work as Lyssa had expected but she still stands firm and believes the tenacity of her own pokemon until the effect of the Perish Song finally happened and both of them fell down, unconscious. The referee declares the result as a draw but for Lyssa, it is a win. Lyssa approaches Khione, caressing her side "You've worked hard. I am sorry to put you into that much pain but, you did a good job. Rest well and I will treat you something later" Lyssa talks to Khione warmly and puts her back into her Pokeball.

The second round comes as soon as the first round ended, Keenan throws Charjabug in and as she promised earlier - Lyssa throws Siren in. "Siren, this is your stage now" Lyssa announces, Siren jumps and clapping her hands excitedly. The signal to start is given out and it seems that unlike before, Keenan bid his time now. Lyssa could see why it is since Charjabug isn't the most mobile for a pokemon. "Siren, sing to your heart content! BUBBLE BEAM!" Siren open her mouth and a foam of bubble forming and it forcefully ejected and blast directly to the Charjabug.

The water pokemon clapped first, and was ready as ever. And it opened up with a Bubble Beam. While it wouldn't do much damage unless that Primarina was very well trained, why take unneeded damage. "Dig." It was a simple, and quick command. And underground did the insect go, barely avoiding the Bubble Beam. The ground shook as the bug burrowed around the entire arena. Unfortunately, he hadn't taught Charjabug any electric type attacks. So he'd just had to make do with what he got. Which wasn't much.

From below Primarina, the bug exited the ground and attempted to smack her. Hit or miss, Kee was going to try to see if luck was on his side. "Go right into a Vice Grip." If the dig had landed, hopefully she'd be close enough to try to latch on. But if she missed, she would be launched into the air. And hopefully drop right towards the Primarina. Again, hopefully landing on her, head first and mandibles gripping as tight as possible and dig into the seal's flesh for damage. His Charjabug had something of an inferiority complex...but instead of dwelling in it or anything...she used to do her best and prove her worth. Even if she lost...she wasn't going to go down easily!

The Charjabug evades it beautifully under the command of Keenan by going underground. Lyssa has no way to know where the Charjabug will come out but Lyssa can only smirk at the predicament. If she is unable to tell where he is - Then, should it be far from the truth to say that the Charjabug has no way to tell what is happening on the top? "Siren jumps back," Lyssa asks and jumps back several centimeters and evades the oncoming attack from the pokemon. The Charjabug launch to the air and start to descend right toward Siren. However, Lyssa won't allow her to fall that easily. "Siren take a step back and use MOONBLAST" Siren takes a step back and stare at the falling Charjabug. She store the moon energy within her and unleashes a strong blast toward the falling Charjabug.

Charjabug was vulnerable, and it was pretty clear that she was going to miss. A Moonblast was fired. And quickly, Kee issued a command. "Use String Shot to get away!" Unfortunately, the bug wasn't quite fast enough to avoid the attack, getting smacked hard. But the string of webbing did stop her from being flung away. And she used it to slide right beside the Primarina. It was actually a beautiful display. She certainly improved a lot since evolving. And she was within ideal striking distance. "Use Bug Bite!" The fat bug would try to bite the water type on one of her fins/legs, and stay on for as long as possible. She may have gotten hit, big time, but she was tenacious if anything.

Keenan's Charjabug is barely able to avoid it but ultimately the moonbeam still lands on Charjabug. With the string shot, the bug flung away and quickly land a Bug Bite at Primarina - The suddenness of the attack made Siren on step late and got bitten by the pokemon. Siren cries out of pain, compared to her other pokemon - Siren is still not used to the feeling of pain, the feeling caused panic and tries to trash the bug around to make the bug loosened up. If she is unable to shake off the bug, Siren will lose the fight. Lyssa tightens her grip and decides to use these last moves hoping that it can help her to break free - If not, she will issue of giving up the battle. "Siren, let's not make this battle a regretful one! Use Double Slap!" Lyssa shouts and Siren lifts her arm and swing it hard to give a strong slap to the bug.

Charjabug latched on with all she got. Say what you will about the little bug, but she made sure her jaws were strong. Even with the thrashing, she stayed on, and wouldn't let go. Then the water type started doing double slap. Unfortunately for Kee, three strikes was all it took to knock Charjabug off...and roll away with swirly eyes. Clearly knocked out. "Charjabug is unable to battle! Victory goes to Eylyssa and Primarina!" The crowd roared in cheers and excitement. Shoulders slumped, but still smiling, Kee walked over to Charjabug and picked her up gently. The poor baby blinked at him, and gave him sad chirps. "Hey, don't feel down, you almost had a fully evolved Pokemon. You did a damn fine job. I couldn't be more proud." He gave her a bright smile as he held her like a baby. The fat bug chirped in happiness as Kee carried her towards Lyssa and held out a hand for a good battle. "Well done. Let's drop off our Pokemon to the nurse and see what else there is?"

He offered to still chill with her. There was still so many things to see, and so little time. Still, maybe they could finish off the day with something else even more fun...

The final attempt of Primarina bears good results for Lyssa and Siren as the announcement of their win rings across the arena making Lyssa's fist pump to the sky celebrating the win. Siren claps her hand in excitement despite all of the fatigue that she might bear and Lyssa caresses her head gently. "You won, Siren. You did a great job" Lyssa praises her pokemon before taking her back to her Pokeball. She stood up and accept Keenan's hand and response back, "Your pokemon is great too! I was barely able to tell who would win at the end of every match, it was really close fight" Lyssa let out a happy smile. Suddenly, her phone's alarm rang. [break][break]

"Ah, I would love to hang out with you more but I need to hit the road now for my next destination" Lyssa stares at her phone and shove it back into her back pocket. "I will visit the nurse on the way. It is nice to meet you Keenan if fates allow - We shall meet again in the future!" Lyssa starts to jog away while waving her hand.
