Not really, but he likes them a lot, and the sight of the pink pokémon is one that results all too tempting when recognizing it in the distance. But, it’s far away, and way off the path he’s supposed to be taking down the mountain…

Too much of a detour. It would cut down the time he has to keep searching.

Just like the Drowzee before it, the Slowpoke is ignored, Mars continuing to look at his surroundings in search of Unown.

Night falls, and with a sigh, Mars prepares himself to once again head down the mountain without having found what he came here to find. Is it frustrating? Of course, especially for someone like him, but that doesn’t mean he’s about to give up. Not even close. Not a chance.

As if to make things slightly better, a fearless Gothita appears along his path, chasing after the Inkay that usually accompany him on these “excursions” around Mt. Pyre. The little squids twirl in the air, entertained by the wild pokémon’s attempts at catching them, and honestly, it’s kind of adorable.

”You want to be their friend, huh? Wanna come with us, then?”
[break][break]
The Gothita turns to him, raising its arms up as if signing “YES!”.
[break][break]
So, an empty pokéball is rolled towards it, ready for a capture, perhaps if only to see what it actually does with this...
