izzy is an apprentice mechanic working and living in slateport. to the general public, he's kind of... under the radar. he's not one for going out on the town, or hanging out in public, or even really talking to people. he's pretty good at his job, but he's got a resting bitch face that could kill and he's far, far too blunt.

to team rocket, izzy is a diligent grunt who does his missions regularly and well, though purposefully keeps his "real" life and his rocket life very separate.

he grew up in unova, and if anybody knows anything happens to be interested in dance, they might recognise his surname as belonging to jola baranowski, an up-coming star in the unovan dancing scene. izzy grew up second best in a poor family, so his reasons for joining TR are mostly monetary, and also due to the fact that he doesn't think he's good enough to do anything else with his life but crime.

friends: oh my god, izzy needs friends. i don't think he's ever had a proper friend in his entire life, like, ever. and he wouldn't even know what to do! need some fellow grumpy people to kind of slowly realise they like eachother after 700 years of knowing eachother, and some contagiously friendly people to force his walls down!

enemies: probably a few of them - izzy isn't a particularly likeable guy most of the time, despite that sweet little centre that really wants a friend, izzy mostly just... comes across like a bit of a thug and a dickhead. so i can definitely see some people not liking him. and of course, he's a rocket, no matter how quiet he keeps that he still does rocket missions and all that, so i'm sure some league kids can catch him at a job sometime and be like :knife emoji:

love: who knows! izzy acts like a big strong boy but he's never even kissed anyone and he's v self concious about it, so i'm down for any kind of lovey-doveyness, like crushes or people who wanna try and hit him up and make him sweat a little, lmao
