"Can I ask you something?" she asked him as her Lickilicky spotted a frillish and fired off a power whip of that missed the first time and then suddenly ditto transformed into Licky and mimicked the power whip and knocked out that frillish. She took out her pokeball and lobbed it at the water ghost to try and capture it.

The hunt had raged on as Yui ignored it entirely, allowing her Pokémon to do their work on autopilot. She kept looking at the floor as she spoke. "Would you promise not to leave me again?" she asked him at random. She waited to elaborate on what she meant until he answered or unless he asked for more clarification. [break][break]

In the background, the ditto and lickilicky attacked a luvdisc in an attempt to try and get it for Yui. Lickilicky using it's tongue to fish it out of the water with a wrap and Ditto transforming into it and using attract to disable it and then using flail on it until it was knocked out. Yui's attention from the conversation only breaking as she tossed a pokeball out of instinct at it.

it's a random question, one that catches him by surprise. even so, his response comes easily.

his pokemon work on autopilot as well, engaging in a battle with a wild tyrunt. briefly, he wonders if it's related to the tyrantrum he has, but the thought quickly passes.

both lickilickys LICK away, tongue soon wrapping around the fossil to restrict it in place just in time for a pokeball to smack against it.

It was out of nowhere for Matias, but this issue had been weighing on her and growing only larger and larger by the moment. She was falling into a depressing state as of late. She pinned her feelings of loneliness on Athena, but in truth it had begun from even before then. [break][break]

Stormy Silph and her havent spoken since yui's outburst at the tournament. She hadn't spoken to Fernando since she told him about her injury on her foot, something she even kept from Matias. "I." she said pausing trying to find the words. She recalled praying every so often for Matias's safe return and now he was back, but that return caused a new crack to form in her. [break][break]

"I've been really lonely lately. Everyone's shoved me off to the side.." she told him "I don't want to be forgotten and left again.. to a place I cant reach.." The rest of the world already forgot she was a silph too. [break][break]

In the background, her Pokémon had battled fiercely with the dewgongs, almost knocking out her ditto as he started to get dizzy, Yui had recalled him and sent out her rotom. It used electro ball and knocked out the dewgong and Yui sent out another love ball and awaited it's captures. As it shook from side to side she wondered what her siblings would think if she was the newest vigilante in Hoenn sneaking around in the dark.

The Silph's sin of greed was strong in her, she wanted to have it all and scorned anything that got in her way. Kanto was a place she knew she came from but held nothing but hate for it. It took her original parents from her, took her brother, what else would that region tear away from her? [break][break]

Her pokemon battled the starmie, using it's own confuse ray ability on it to confuse it and knock itself out with it's own attack. Yui turned away to throw a pokeball at the pokemon as an awkward buffer between her and her brother. But while she was turned away Matias gave her a hug, she turned around and reciprocated it. " How do I know you wont leave again?" as her grip tightened on him.

Promises were not something she took lightly, in fact ever since she was a child she always made sure people understood how seriously they took them when she'd never let go of the grudge that would form over a broken one. [break][break]

Ditto however was growing tired of constantly transforming so it ran back over to yui and forced itself into it's pokeball. "Ugh you little brat ditto." she said frustrated as she was currently having an emotional moment with her brother! Yui grabbed her pokeball and sent out cherrim who made quick work of the rock type with a sunny day and solar beam combo. It's flower gift boosting it and it's allies power.
