he closes whatever distance exists between them, meeting her lips for a kiss.

but for her, he'll indulge. she can have whatever she wants, as he's already promised, and to hear that she wants to spend more time with him even after this?

her words carry with them an unspoken promise.

so, he nods, relishing round two for as long as it lasts before he's waiting outside the club with a cigarette between his lips.

"a little too much."

all his.

the cigarette's dropped, snuffed out underneath his boot. he reaches for her hand, pulling her close for another kiss, not particularly minding anyone around them.

"drinks? food? whatever you want, jessie, and i'll make it happen."

[attr="class","niko i"]oh. maybe it won't be him who makes it happen after all. he chuckles at the thought, humming in approval as she plays with the strands of his hair.

"mmm, that sounds good."

his stomach growls the same.

with a sigh, he kisses her forehead, then pulls away if only so they can start walking towards the diner. his hand still finds hers, however.

"come on. i'm starving after that."

[attr="class","niko i"]niko isn't a picky eater by any means — quite the opposite, actually — there isn't much he wouldn't eat. so, after a quick scan of the menu, he decides on a few orders as the waitress approaches them.

"waffles and eggs for my friend here, and i'll have the cinn-a-stack, sirloin tips and eggs, and the original french toast."

he slides the menu back over, flashing an unabashed grin over at jessie.

"i eat a lot."

which makes sense, considering his size.

[attr="class","niko i"]similarly, his eyes trail down the curves of her body, or at least what he could see from the other side of the table, equally unabashed.

he chuckles, amused at the questions asked because they sound like what one would ask on a first date. which is what this could be, actually, if he stopped to give it any thought.

"i own a few establishments in verdanturf, nothing too fancy, all of them a little too dirty."

no point in trying to hide who he really is: a criminal.

"as for fun..." he mulls it over, shrugging a shoulder. "i dunno, really. drinking, partying, fucking? do those count as hobbies?"

in fact, he's certain of it.

he reaches for his water, tipping it back for a mouthful before continuing.
