Despite the weather change from fall to winter with the temperatures dropping each passing day, the pinked haired woman found herself on slateport beach. Cool blue orbs flickered over the waves crashing over each other, wishing that summer was here so she could go swimming. Instead, she wore a thick fluffy hot pink winter jacket with matching hat and gloves. She shivered, feeling that wind that roared around here. The high wind didn’t help keep her warm either.[break][break]

“Okay,” Eleanor shouted, gaze fell upon the pokemon companion of choice, “I want to start training for the next cool contest.” The oddly colored dragon’s head titled to once side, unsure of what the woman wanted. The coordinator sniffled, arms crossed over her chest as she continued to shout. “Let’s practice your dragon breath.” The dratini nodded, understanding that moves. It took a deep breath, summoning the power of her inner dragon and shot a beam of dragon aura towards the ocean. This made the trainer grin, seeing how much power the little dragon had. “That was great! Sooooo cool!”

It didn’t take long for a wild pokemon to notice some kind of commotion happening on the beach. Luckily for Ely, the qwilfish wasn’t too keen on joining them on the sand. And instead, it watched the human child and her pink dragon preform some kind of routine or show. [break][break]

But not too shortly after it noticed them, it quickly lost interest and sunk beneath the waters surface before the two could notice it. Clearly, the pair needed more practice if they couldn't even keep the attention of a wild pokemon.

The pink haired woman and her little pink dragon practice their coordination for hours on the beach. Eleanor even tried to think of good combos to make her performance even more spectacular. While some of them were great, a few were duds. Either way, they continued to practice their routine. It wasn’t long before another wild pokemon noticed them on the beach, peeking its head out from the waters surface to see what was going on. However, it too quickly lost interested in what the human and its tamed creature was doing. It retreated back into the ocean.

It was getting close to the end of the day and time to pack up. And as the woman started to gather her things and leave, a wild pokemon emerged from out of nowhere. The pink furred pokemon floated up to the pink haired woman, body titled to one side. Eleanor’s eyes widened, a big old grin spread across her lips. “You are so beautiful,” she shimmed in delight, reaching into her pocket to offer a pokeball, “Would you like to come with us cutie? Please.”[break][break]

The wild pokemon stared at the human for several minutes. Eleanor mumbled please under her breath the entire, trying to be patient and let the wild pokemon decide. But after several minutes of silent debate, the wild spritzee twisted in place and tapped the ball in the human hands. The ball opened, sucking the creature in and closing behind it. Eleanor giggled with joy, delighted to have the pink pokemon in her collection.
