Recent rumors of discoveries has intrigued the burnt scarred about a certain species of pokemon that could be interesting to investigate further. Although it wasn’t his usual typing, it appeared to be a god damn gorgeous creature and he wanted. But in order to get this creature, he needed to find one first.

Route 110 was one of those routes that was beautiful. Warm crimson colored orbs lifted to the sky, admiring the partly cloudy skies that washed over the area. Despite it still being chilling and winter, today was warmer than normal which was a positive. Lighting the incense that should attract flying type, Maverick waved it into the breeze in hopes it would help.

The first avian creature that seemed to be attached to the incense was a little natu. It followed the decadent sweet smell all the way until it spotted a rather intimidating human and its equally intimidating canine. It eyes widened, quickly flying away before it was caught. Azula, however, spotted the creature. She snarled at it, baring her teeth and all. The natu fled away even faster, little wings flapped franticly. This made Maverick chuckle, warm gaze continued to search the sky for the nest flying type.

It wasn’t what he was looking for, but honestly it was damn near tempting. Warm gaze glared at the corvisquire that soared over their head, feeling the urged to capture it. A low growl rattled his ear drum, gaze shifted to see what has his faithful canine upset. She licked her lips, itching for a battle. The man chuckled, raising his hand to mouth to let loose a whistle.

The high pitch noise caught the avian’s attention, dropping to dive at them. “I want it so don’t kill it,” he mumbled, arms folded over his chest. Azula snarled, ebony lips lifted to to bare her razor sharp pearly white teeth. The bird wasn’t effected by her intimidation, screeching even louder.

The canine took a deep breath, the thick taste of sulfur tickled her throat. And when the bird was too close for comfort, the houndoom’s muzzle burst open. Flames erupted from her muzzle, engulfing the bird in a FIRE BLAST. The corvisquire screamed in pain, giving into the push of unconscious and hitting the ground with a thud.

Plucking an empty ball from his rooster, Maverick tossed the ball to capture the creature. The ball hit the creature, sucking it in and locking it in. “Good job Azula,” the man grumbled, feeling as though she might have killed it, “At least it is out cold.” The canine let out a snort, long arrow tipped tail twitched.
