From Veilstone City, Sinnoh. Comes from a family of six and is the second eldest sibling of four. While his family comes from money and an inherited (technological) company, he and most of his siblings chose to lead lives that aren't directly related to the family company and management. Has a tight bond with his immediate family, as well as some extended.
Born and raised in a syndicate. Some of both his immediate and extended family become involved with an ongoing syndicate some time ago. Both he and his older sibling (the one that chose to prepare for an eventual career with the company) take part in the syndicate exchanges, too, and in his case, had been trained in techwear and combat to help with expenditures. (tl;dr: he's a hacker that leverages his family background)
Forged a mean streak after a younger sibling got involved. Syndicate business always comes with risks, and once upon a time, one of his younger siblings paid the price for it as an attempted threat. They lived and the threat backfired, but that incident as a whole pretty much triggered a teeny tiny vindictive button that's been left on to this day. Fun guy to be around, but will absolutely fuck right back with you if you fuck around with him first. :sworddoggofast:
Moved to Hoenn with his elder sibling. This wasn't without some hesitance and reluctance from him out of worry and fear for his siblings, but after being convinced by his parents, he and his sibling moved regions. Public friends assume it's to spread company reach (in his sibling's case) in other places. In reality, it's really just to spread syndicate reach and influence, on top of forging more connections.
Joined Team Rocket for connection's sake and other things. More or less just seemed like killing two birds with one stone. He gets an easy way into the nitty gritty parts of the region on top of getting an easier avenue for more connections.
Currently lives in Slateport City. He knows that the team base is open to him, but he's made his home in a condo off in the better part of the city. Works as a casino dealer, where he (with agreement of some higher ups) is known to swindle some customers and players between work and games.
