An intentional mystery, he puts on whatever face he needs in order to get his job done. But it seems he employs the same tactics with his fellow members of Rocket, for it’s hard to discuss his existence with anyone without finding conflicting information. It’s never enough to make him seem like a double-crosser, just to make it clear he’s not interested in anyone within the organization getting too close to him. Even the very select few invited to his wedding can’t claim they truly understand the man - few of them even would have known of his being in a relationship leading up to receiving the invitation.[break][break] At his core, Tsubaki is a strategist. He enjoys planning and watching scenes unfold exactly as he intends for them to - it helps that he can get paid for it. He’s constantly working with his Pokemon team, keeping an eye out for weak points and for Pokemon he could benefit from adding to his lineup. He’s neutral through and through, his loyalties with three parties: himself, his wife, and his Pokemon. While he’s not one to backstab or cheat those who could properly punish him for such betrayals, he’s also happy to ensure he himself won’t be cheated. He’s more laid-back than he seems, at least in his personal life. He enjoys camping with his Pokemon, playing saxophone, and carving wood.
