iced latte. three sugars, two pumps of mocha, and one pump hazelnut. oh how it would make his body pay — later — but not now.
now he was in a delightful bliss.
taking a quick sip of the sugary drink, he sets it back down on the napkin, returning to the stack of paperwork he had next to him. it was unconventional to do his gym work at a coffee shop, but at this point, he was a regular. they'd come to expect it at this point. and, well, he tipped at least 20%.
this was just how he liked it. euphorically undisturbed.
what could go wrong?
