Temp was watching carefully as a tank of Finneon was moved over their new home. It was pretty routine for his Gym to drop off some of the sea creatures they found to the museum. While they focused on rehabilitation with the goal for release back into the wild, sometimes a pokemon just wasn't able to live on it's own anymore.

The Finneon were lowed in and the cage opened. A few of them scattered into the larger tank, hiding in transplanted seaweed or in false crevices created just to make them happy. A few lingered, reluctant to leave.

He smiled when everything seemed to be in order.

"Should beeeeee...." Was muttered before he checked his phone. Good! Temp walked past one of the scientists and gave them a pat before going into one of the more public areas; today's trip had two purposes! He was also meeting up with another Gym Leader!

It was rare that Temp saw the other Leader's since his Gym was pretty remote. Being able to meet Georgette Bluebottle was something he had been looking forward to ever since the other Leader had reached out to him!

Double checking her phone as she wanders towards the Oceanic Museum of Slateport, Georgette hums softly, her fingers lightly tapping open her calendar to ensure she has the right time for her lunch date with Pacifidlog's gym leader. Brightening as she confirms she has the right time, her gaze casts sidelong to the Alolan Vulpix trotting at her side.

"You will be good, no? Or you will go into your pokeball. We are here to make a friend." Her eyes narrowing pointedly at Hexe, the little fox gives a sniff as he glances away. Sighing softly, Georgette opens the door and makes her way into the museum's cafe. She takes her time, examining the menu thoughtfully before placing an order for a latte and a piece of tiramisu.

The woman then picks out an easily visible table from the entrance and awaits Temp, her hand soon lifting to call brightly when he steps through the door, "Bonjour, Temp?"

It'ss not hard to find Georgette Bluebottle.

Temp narrows in on her really quick; a bright smile stretching his face as he gets closer. His crutches are placed against the chair he plops down in. His ankle being broken was a thing I decided recently, like after this thread was made, so I wanted to make sure the time-line was okay. Sorry about that. Anyway.

"Hey! Nice to meet you, dude!" He's already eager and excited. The chance at a new friend, a new ally, was something he was eager for. "I'm super pumped we finally get to meet! Like, I don't get to chat much with... oh, hey! Cute Vulpix!" Leaning over some, he offers the pokemon his hand to sniff if Hexe wants. He won't be insulted if the fox pokemon chooses not to.

Actually...

He reaches into his pocket and pats himself down. A pair of Eevee, still young, and a Shiny Shinx, also still a fluffy kitten, are out on the floor. They all peer at Temp curiously before glancing at Hexe. A new playmate?

Georgette gives a little laugh as she's greeted, her hand extending to shake Temp's. "It is a pleasure to meet you, no?" Her gaze turns briefly down to her pokemon as he's greeted as well, the little fox perking his large ears in the direction of Temp with plain curiosity.

Seeming to debate a moment, Hexe then leans forwards and gives Temp's knuckle a single kitten-lick before leaning back, his snoot turning away as if banishing the man away; that doesn't fully work when an Eevee is released, and the young Alolan Vulpix's energy gets the better of him. Wagging his fluffy tails, he gives a little yip of greeting to the Eevee - glancing around surreptitiously as if making sure no one is truly watching him, he darts forwards and tags the Eevee on the nose before hauling away around the table.

Giving a little snort of amusement as her pokemon's antics, Georgette sips lightly at her latte. "I am so glad we could meet," she says warmly. "I have been trying to meet the other gym leaders as I am able." Her lips pursing, she asks conversationally, "Yours is a..." she faulters a moment as she searches for the words, her accent especially heavy when Georgette finally settles on, "water challenge with pokemon? To help them?"
