That meeting had been stressful, more than it likely needed to be. One thing was for sure, there had been a lot of different opinions and ideas thrown around, and even the next morning, Sacha still felt like his head was going to explode. Leaving his hotel, he made his way down to the nearest coffee shop that he found and put himself in the long line. He scrolled absently through his phone so that he could see if he had any texts from Linda, but so far there was nothing. Everything must have been just fine while he was gone, and that gave him a little bit of relief.[break][break]

He didn't know what he would do if he couldn't even leave for a few days without all three of his girls going into full meltdowns.[break][break]

Out of the corner of his eye, he noted that the line was moving up, and he stepped forward without really even looking and bumped into the person in front of him. "Ah, sorry," he said tiredly, deciding that maybe he shouldn't look at his phone if he couldn't keep an eye on his surroundings. Putting it to sleep, he shoved it into his coat pocket and rubbed a little at his face. He was not awake enough for an altercation and honestly just wanted to get his coffee so he could start making his way back to Fortree.

He's grateful he'd had the foresight to take the day after the meeting off. At first it had simply been to relax and collect his thoughts but now...it was just gathering all his thoughts into a single report. Editing and cutting the fluff so it'd read as quick and clear as possible. [break][break]

He's alreayd scheduled a meeting with a council member. Also the fact that his position in the organization was still a bit vague to him. Hopefuilly this would clarify some things. But that wasn't for a few days.

For now, it's rest and relaxation. The meeting had been tense. His work was tense. This new promotion was tense- even a workout this morning hadn't been enough to focus. Perhaps trying to get something sweet instead and going home to his cat would be best. Instead of, you know, errands.[break][break]

He focused on ordering, clothing more akin to a gym rat than an officer at this point. "Huh-" was all he uttered as he paused, mid drink order and turned to look behind him. He vaguely recognized the man from the day prior but doesn't say much. He simply dipped his head down and said a neutral, "No problem. Good to see you again." He held eye contact long enough to wait for an answer before turning back to the cashier and finishing up his order.
