DEFEND ORDER calls upon another swarm of combees that rush out of the crevices of the cavern to take the THUNDER SHOCK for their queen. it buys her enough time to wiggle free from glalie's CRUNCH.[break][break]

the vespiquen floats back, buzzing in intensity as the red gem in her head glows. POWER GEM shoots out, looking to strike everyone.[break][break]

cian is quick to step in front of her only to watch a PROTECT form right in front of him. he winces, but holds his ground.

Penelope's heart fluttered, as with a shout, her boyfriend came barreling toward her, arms wide in a protective stance. Thankfully, that wasn't all that separated them from the power gem coming their way, as Cian's pokemon valiantly defended them with a fortified PROTECT.

remy is a rat but that's okay because cian is one too.[break][break]

the THUNDER arcs and travels, finding the vespiquen to stun it into submission. it doesn't give in just yet, however, as it relents in anger only to return an ATTACK ORDER.[break][break]

TOXIC seeps into glalie's body, and at the same time, a POWER GEM shoots out at the ampharos.[break][break]

the temperature around them drops almost instantly. SHEER COLD.

Even from only being within proximity of the blast of frost and ice, Penelope still shuddered closer into Cian's side.

"This queen bitch isn't lightening up," she grumbled, brows downward. Arcesus she hated Combees, and this was exactly why. Those buggers can be vengeful as fuck and a bitch to shoo off.

A powerful swarm of them had even thought to attack her precious little Remy, surrounding the sheep like moths to a flame, persistent with their attacks. It left the normally fabulous ship a mess, scratching up his fur until blood leaked and smeared across his body. Something they'll soon learn to regret.

"Fry them, Remy."

Another pulse of electricity vibrated off the electric type. Most, if not all, of the remaining bugs around him would've zapped right off against the sheer intensity of the move, as it grew in power more and more, until eventually sparking off into the form of an arc. Aimed straight for the queen bee herself. Another THUNDER!

with the rest of the pesky combees dealt with, it leaves the vespiquen alone and isolated. with no hive to back it up, the vespiquen surely does not stand a chance against them.[break][break]

THUNDER connects, not enough to PARALYZE but certainly enough to drop it to its last legs. it buzzes down only to fall to glalie's final ICE FANG.[break][break]
