It's relatively easy to scout the area when people barely know your name. That or they recognise you as a gym leader of sorts. She greets whoever extends one of their own, smiling at those who merely glance at her but no more. As they move through the town, several things are marked into her notebook - Locations and landmarks that she should remember for the upcoming attack, places where she can ambush Rocket from.[break][break]

The world is changing, with or without you.[break][break]

Those words that had been once directed to Mesprit now become a mantra for herself, a reminder of why she stands here as a stranger unknown to most. What it doesn't remind her of is to check where she's walking and she soon finds herself being yanked back by Reiner as he growls. And despite her horrible eyesight, she's quick to see why - A poor eevee curled up into a shivering pile on the ground.[break][break]

"Where'd you come from?" The Eevee doesn't run away despite her expectations, a hand gently cradling the creature as she picks it up. It mewls in discomfort but is quick to settle down with a few scratches behind the ear. "Well... if you've got nowhere to go, I have a nice cabin in Mauville forest that you can stay in. There's a few other eevees there too to keep you company."[break][break]

Reiner's little grunt reminds her of what they'd originally planned to do here, a small sigh slipping off her lips as she bounces the eevee in her arms.[break][break]

"Just hang on for a bit... we've gotta finish our stuff here first before we head back home okay?"
