Amor heard a familiar voice call out to him, and he chuckled as he recognized the fisherman from his previous search.

"Something akin to that. I had heard that there was a similar cave to the last one in this part of Hoenn, and I thought I might investigate it." He looked around curiously almost expecting to see a pond of some kind to materialize out of nowhere. "I don't presume you're fishing here though? Unless Hoenn has a version of sand fishing that I am not aware of." It was a good natured joke.

Beside him was not his Dragonite this time, but instead his newly augmented Goodra with it's new metallic shell. They were here to seek answers, and test out it's new abilities at the same time.

At the mans words to him he nodded with a friendly smile.

"Two heads are better than one as they say." Amor enjoyed company especially after his recent ordeal with Eva Morales. Some calm, and reasonable company would do wonders to soothe his nerves despite the potential imminent impact of the meteor coming for the region. As they walked towards the desert an Omanyte had climbed upon his Goodra apparently liking it's shell, and it settled there for the ride.

"Perhaps I'll find something interesting this time." He said with a chuckle as they went.

An Aggron catches his eye, and without a second thought his Goodra leaps into action. That pokemon could come in handy for a project that he was going to be working on with his Rocket Facade. So as his Goodra put the Aggron through it's paces the talk continued, and Amor enjoyed the peaceful presence that this man brought about him.

"That is fair. Perhaps we will get lucky in these set of ruins." He said with an easy smile, and after attempting to capture the Aggron, his Goodra would shield him from the sandy winds of the desert as they approached the caverns mouth.

"I don't suppose you would know anything about this place? Any lore or anything?" All of the materials he had researched after their first endeavor hadn't revealed much. So he was doubtful, but with him not being a native perhaps he had been looking in the wrong places.

There was a Houndoom sniffing around, but it didn't seem all that interested in either of them as they walked through the blistering winds to come upon the new cave. A young man by the name of Locke Jamison once asked Amor if he had a hobby of walking into strange caves, and hoping he would find something. Of course the answer was yes, he was bored often, and rich. So why not chase down a rumor or two? A mystery that wasn't solved yet. At Theo's explanation of his lore knowledge Amor nodded.

"I see, I am similar, but my expertise would be Sinnoh, or Kalos." As they were the two places he had grown up the most. "Hoenn doesn't seem to obey any conventional laws as far as I can tell. I'm just waiting to get sucked into a random dimension for brushing my teeth wrong." He chuckled a little before making his way into the caves maw.

With the appearance of a Vulpix, Orira took initiative shooting a Water Pulse at the fire type in an attempt to douse it quickly. It had bared it's fangs, and so the steel dragon wasn't going to take chances with it. At THEO BECKETT's question Amor thought on that for a moment, and he just gave a wry chuckle.

"Perhaps a place a bit more merry than this one...." Amor often thought about it. The endless possibilities of the universe, and now that he knew for a fact that other universes existed out there. That meant there was one where they were alive. A timeline, a universe where he was happy with them, and nothing had gone wrong....Would he go to such a place? Would he try to replace his doppleganger there? Or would he just watch from afar, and accept that it wasn't his place? "I often think about it. To go to a world away from this one. My Pikachu often watches anime where that is the premise. It's amusing to think about it sometimes." But he didn't elaborate further.

Such things were beyond his reach.
