THE PALDEA PATCH

GENERATION 9'S POKEMON WILL BE ADDED TO HOENN IMMINENTLY. The timing will be dependent on the availability of Pokemon data and information alongside usable, high quality assets to use in our templates.[break][break]

When staff are ready to start spawning Paldean Pokemon, we will publish another announcement. However, you will be able to use CUSTOM PKMN TICKETS to redeem any eligible new Pokemon.[break][break]

Please note, that THE FOLLOWING CAN NOT BE REDEEMED via CUSTOM PKMN TICKETS. Form Changes, Gachapon Tickets, and Wild Spawns do not apply to these Pokemon as well. For obvious reasons, they will be placed underneath this spoiler tag:[break][break]

IC EXPLANATION

THE EVENTS OF PER ASPERA AD ASTRA have brought Paldean Pokemon into the Hoenn region itself. The PRIMAL ENERGY CRYSTALS used to teleport the incoming 99943 METENO METEOROID have reacted with the TERASTAL MINERAL VEIN found on the space rock.[break][break]

Consequently, multiple timelines, universes, dimensions, and planes have shifted into the region and out, displacing Pokemon, which includes Paldean species and variants into the region.[break][break]

TERASTALLIZATION

THE TERASTALLIZATION PHENOMENON will eventually be released on Hoenn. Due to the aforementioned events of PER ASPERA AD ASTERA, Tera Crystals have been found scattered all over the region, their energy seeping into the earth.[break][break]

IC developments will allow characters to purchase TERA ORBS & A TERA TYPE for 500 PD. Additional purchases, procedures or upgrades may allow a character to switch or add TERA TYPES. Perhaps, we may consider a system where you simply purchase TERA TYPES to add to your TERA ORB so that you can freely switch the Tera Type of a Pokemon.[break][break]

MOVES & ABILITIES

HOENN WILL NOW INCLUDE GEN 9 MOVESETS. This means all learnset (level up moves), TM lists, and egg moves from Scarlet & Violet can be accessed. Check to see if your favorite Pokemon's movesets have been updated![break][break]

This also includes ABILITIES. Some Pokemon, especially Hisuian species, may have new abilities in the new games. You may choose between whatever abilities they have available.[break][break]

In the case of altered or nerfed abilities such as PROTEAN and LIBERO, feel free to continue to use them as they once were.

CURRENTLY, there is a plethora of information that has been catalogued by a variety of Pokémon sites. Furthermore, there are no official sprites. Fan artists have created sprite versions, but depending on their dimensions, they may be difficult to use on site in your templates.[break][break]

NEW WEATHER

SNOWSTORM IS A NEW WEATHER EFFECT that is aimed to assist ICE-TYPES. This is different than SNOW found in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.[break][break]

A SNOWSTORM can be summoned after using the move, SNOWSCAPE. This new weather has the following effect:[break]

The user summons a snowstorm lasting five turns. This boosts the Defense stats of Ice types.

NEW MISSIONS & NEW AWARDS
