HOENN — Commissioner dahlia goode's government has warned the public not to approach or enter what has been dubbed "primal rifts". These tears in reality were created by the rebounding of primal energy from the Terastal mineral vein found on 99943 METENO. The energy had struck the primal point machines used to warp the meteoroid to Sea Hoenn, resulting in what some scientists believe are unstable portals. Mt. Pyre, Granite Cave, the Hoenn Desert, Fortree City, and Petalburg City & Woods are the sites of these rifts and are currently cordoned off until investigations can be concluded.

The appearance of these rifts has coincided with the collapse of the invisible barrier around Hoenn. Psychic-type Pokemon have found a greater ease in teleporting too. Researchers believe in some kind of correlation between the aforementioned phenomena.

Witnesses have testified that they have captured glimpses of other worlds through these rifts. Sightings of unfamiliar jungles, deserts, seas and ruins have been reported. An abyssal kingdom of mechanical make has been witnessed deep beneath Littleroot, while Mt. Pyre seems to be have a rift into what some believe is the border between life and death.

The League has asked the public to report to authorities if they see any trespassers or anything emerge from these rifts.
