lulu is currently known as a FORMER HEAD SCIENTIST of team rocket and AVATAR OF DARKRAI. in unfolding events, however, it will become clear that she has lost darkrai and its avatarship (rocket already knows this).

she disappeared shortly after the war in the ultra deep sea. she was gone for months, only resurfacing to rocket and the public in late september. the unexplained absence caused some in rocket to question her loyalty.

lulu has also been operating in many situations for the past year or so under the fake identity DR. MONDAY AMSEL, an oneirologist with an interest in the going-ons of hoenn. when using this identity, she wears a long blonde wig.

COMMON KNOWLEDGE TO TEAM ROCKET:

lulu's most notable contributions to rocket's science division have been work on GMH'S INFINITY ENERGY GENERATOR which powers much of hoenn, research for the recreation of GENESECT, the design of an INFINITY ENERGY PROPULSION SYSTEM for space travel using the eternal floette, and research on dream mist used in the creation of the RKS SIMULATOR.

having gotten her start in computer science, lulu is also a skilled hacker who has infiltrated both DEVON CO. and MOSSDEEP SPACE CENTER.

currently, she is working on a DREAM MACHINE, which upon completion she says will allow entrance into a simulated dream world comprised of 'dream data', gathered via PORYGON-Z.[break][break]

lulu is actually SAOIRSE QUINN, a former high-ranking member of a galarian gang called the MOTO DRAGONS. she is suspected of crimes including multiple homicides, hacking the galarian military, weapons smuggling, and international terrorism. she is WANTED IN GALAR for breaking parole and fleeing her home region after an early release from prison. 

over a year ago, a return to galar was staged and she faked her death. however, she has been identified by interpol under her new identity. this may be knowledge to anyone 'in the know', such as law enforcement. further piecing information together could link her to her brother Cillian Quinn now that he has revealed his true identity.[break][break]
