Will Work For Fire-Type [SW]

Well, that was... Fast.
Makoto had barely even stepped into the Fiery Path, before they had been greeted with the sight of a little fuecoco - or at least, part of her. The crocodillian pokemon was peeking out from behind a rocky formation - just the upper half of her head and her stubby little claws hanging onto the formation being visible. She didn't seem all that shy or nervous though - at least, not in the social sense. More curious than anything - but gauging the waters before committing to an approach.
Which, given some of the pokemon that have appeared here - Oni being one of them - Makoto wasn't surprised. Who knew whether the new face you wanted to approach was friend, or foe?
But safe to say, Makoto wanted to make a good impression upon the little fire-type; they'd heard good things about fuecoco, even if they'd never properly met one before. Even that they become ghost-types - a typing that Makoto was fond of, to say the least. What would raising a fully grown fuecoco be like?
They'd be sure to find out with time - but first was actually befriending the little crocodile. Sitting down, Makoto would take to simply attempting to present themself as a calm presence - smiling to the fuecoco, and waving. "Hello there,"
Slowly, the fuecoco peeked out further from behind the rocks - nose briefly flaring as she sniffed the air. Finding nothing amiss though, she'd begin to slowly approach, eyes looking up at Makoto with wonder - as if they were the first human she'd ever seen.
Whether this was true or not, it was hard to say in Makoto's opinion - but she most definitely wasn't shy, to have approached so easily. "Are you hungry?" They'd ask - and idly digging through their bag, they'd pull out one half of a sandwich - the other half they had already eaten on the way here. Unwrapping it, they tore off small chunks to offer to the fuecoco - who, in turn, was more than happy to snap them right up! There often was no way to a pokemon's heart faster than being able to share a good meal, Makoto found.
And perhaps, a playmate or two? Pulling out a pokeball, Makoto let out Kama - who began chittering curiously as he glanced about, before noticing the fuecoco's presence. "This is Kama," Makoto introduced their sneasel - reaching over to scritch him behind the ear. "Kama's very nice, and very gentle - perhaps you two could play for a little bit, and see how you get along?"
The fuecoco tilted her head at this - glancing between Makoto, then Kama... Before letting out a little throaty squeak, running up to poke Kama, before running around behind Makoto! Was this a game of tag? Safe to say, Kama was more than happy to oblige - and Makoto was unable to help a laugh, as the two began chasing each other in circles around them. Clearly, this fuecoco would get along well with some of their more playful pokemon... Catching Fuecoco
